S1 : Chapter Nine

ELENA'S POV :

A few minutes later, the police us out. I see the boys talking further away and I approach.

"Well, we survived the Alpha. Isn't that great ?"

"When we were in the chemistry room, he walked right past the door," Scott tells us. "Don't you think he heard us and knew we were there?"

"He definitely did." I agree.

"So why are we still alive ?"

"Thanks to Scott." I whisper.

The little wolf sighs before supporting my words. "He wants me to be part of his pack. But I think, I have to get rid of my old pack first."

"What old pack ?"

"Allison, Jackson, Lydia, you two." He lists.

What ? I'm not part of his pack ! Seriously a werewolf and a vampire in the same pack ? And what else ?

"So the Alpha doesn't want to kill us," Stiles concludes.

"He wants me to do it."

We see Deaton in one of the ambulances. "Ah there you are."

"How did you manage-"

"To get out of it," the vet cuts Scott off. "It wasn't easy. And from what I've heard, you're the reason I'm alive. I think I owe you a raise."

His smell... he's definitely not a werewolf, he can't be the Alpha. I was right the first time, he's just a druid. Scott goes to see Allison, she looks really angry...

"Come on, let's go ask one of the ambulances for help."

"Why," I ask Stiles.

"For your injury."

Damn it, I forgot.

"No, don't worry, it's nothing. A compress and it's done. I'll take care of myself at home."

"Okay, I'll go ask and you come with me," he persists.

He's really stubborn. "No, I don't need it."

"Yes, you do."

"No."

"Yes," he gets indignant at this little game that amuses me a lot.

"No."

"Yes."

Getting impatient, he lifts my T-shirt slightly and sees that I have nothing left. "How-"

"I told you I was fine. Okay, I'm going home. Good night."

I leave and go home.
