Fifty-Nine

A/N: Well, I think it is time I tell you guys that we are at the final 10 parts of His. But not to worry, this won't be the last you see of Evan, Jack, Brandi, Amber, and of course, Ellie and Leo. Now, I do have a sequel written BUT, I think I might rewrite because I feel it could be better. Just know it exists. And I also have ideas in mind for short stories for the other couples: Jack and Evan, Amber and Cairo, and Brandi and the mystery man which you'll learn about in the sequel so I'm not saying who she'll be with :p. Enjoy! ^_^

 Ellie 

When he finally awoke not too long later, he looked up at me with his rested but weary eyes. I had watched him sleep for over two hours concerned with seeing the plethora of emotions that crossed his features as if he were having a bad dream. He was still for most of this, but I still saw the struggle.

"Hey there. You okay?" I asked concerned 

"Yeah. I'm fine. How long have I been out?" 

"Two hours." I smile 

"What, you were watching me or something?" He smirked 

"Yes. I'm worried about you." 

He looked at me in deep thought and said nothing. I stroked his hair. 

"You hungry? I could cook us lunch...since we didn't get to eat." 

"No, I'm okay." 

"Well your sister, mom, Oliver, and Josh called earlier. I told them you were sleeping and that you were ok. They want to come over later, I told them I'd ask you first. That okay?" 

"Of course that's okay. Just as long as he doesn't show up." 

"He won't, I promise. Everyone's bringing  food over from the house later on, so if you want anything before then just let me know." 

I texted his sister and let her know that it was okay for them to come over at about 8ish. 

Awesome. How's my big brother doing? And I have to give you your props, Ellie, nice job today. The man maybe my sperm donor but he is no longer my father. I love that you tried protecting my bro, you're a great girl. 

I smiled and texted her back. 

He just woke from his nap, I think he's okay...still a little upset though. I might stay with him tonight if he's not better by time you guy's go home. And thanks, nobody messes with my friend and gets away with it. 

I winced at 'friend', honestly, today I was surprised that he introduced me as his girlfriend. She texted back. 

You mean boyfriend? ;) 

Yeah, typo. :) I'll see you guys soon.
