"I don't think they are waking up anytime soon." Remus chuckled looking at his two friends who were fast asleep in each other arms.

Cameron had a protective glare, glaring at the boy who was trying to lead his best friend astray.

"I am going to blackmail these two even after they grow old creepy looking No more virgins senior citizens." Sirius mused waving the picture that Peter snapped in the air a smirk on his face.

"Manx would probably burn that picture before that could happen." Peter mused knowing the girl who was like a sister to him.

Cameron was still glaring at the Potter boy his arms crossed and a frown on his face.

"Or maybe I kill Prong before he can open his eyes and see the world," Cameron mumbled under his breath, Remus who was beside him chuckled knowing how protective he was.

Sirius dramatically gasped his hand on his mouth "I can be the uncle to the babies they make oh my god. I will be an uncle someday!" Thea was woken up by Sirius rambling about being an uncle.

"Whoes uncle are you talking about? Because if I have kids I will permanently ban you from meeting them." Thea mumbled looking at her four friends confused as they looked at her like a hawk.

"Obviously yours and ja-" Before Sirius could finish his sentence his mouth was clamped shut by Cameron's hand. "He is just being an annoying git. Now let's go we are getting late for dinner," he said a grin on his face and pulling the sleepy girl onto her feet.

That's when the realization hit her she was cuddling with James. It wasn't anything special she would cuddle any of her friends any day but cuddling James since developing feelings for him was different.

It made her giddy like she found someone, someone who would make her calm and feel at peace and make her feel safe no matter what.

James Potter's arms started to feel safe, peaceful, and calm. But lately, she was also reminded by Lily, that Lily was his everything and she wouldn't be.

Thea's face was burning red her eyes darting towards the sleeping boy.

A smile threatened to form on her lips at how ridiculously cute he looked with his glasses falling from the bridge of his nose and his messy curls covering his sleeping eyes.

"Are we gonna wake this stag?" Thea snorted at Peter's words. And watched with a smile as Cameron leaned forward to hold James' leg ready to drag him.

The shorter girl moved forward with a mischievous smirk on her lips. She leaned forward towards James' ear. With a deep breath she yelled into his ears "WAKE UP FUCKER!" and Cameron dragged the boy.

In alarm and hurt James was awake gazing at his laughing friends, his glasses falling from his face.

"Here you go, Karma is a bitch." Sirius said handing him the glasses remembering the time when James yelled them awake.

"Since when is Thea's name Karma." James mused grinning at the gasping girl who was staring at him.

"Oh, I will show you what a bitch is," Thea yelled running after James ready to hit him.

James got up on his feet and ran away from her, he laughed watching the shorter girl failing to catch up with him. "Come on you can run faster short legs!" he yelled encouraging the girl.

"Don't call me that you cream-faced dune." Remus shook his head watching the exchange with amusement in his eyes.

"If these two don't end up together I will name my kid Teddy," Remus said laughing when Thea jumped on James' back punching the boy lightly.

"Don't say things which you know the outcomes will be outrageous of," Cameron warned the tall boy who only shrugged his shoulders walking towards the pair of two crackheads.

"Did you actually have to drag me all the way here?" James whined looking at the girl beside him who was busy concentrating on her charms homework.

"Yes James, you need to complete your work. O.W.L.S. is only seven months away!" Thea exclaimed opening another book to refer to. By now their whole table was clattered with books, parchment, quills, and inkpots.

The two friends found themselves studying on a Sunday afternoon in the Library, while one was actually doing their work the other one was busy doodling on his parchment and staring at the girl before him.

"Merlin's Ball's Melody! Seven months! We have seven months to prepare! Chill out would ya." The boy grumbled annoyed that he had to spend his Sunday afternoon studying rather than spending time setting up pranks.

Thea rolled her eyes at the boy going back to her reading. "What were you going to do anyway James?" the girl raised her eyebrows looking at the annoyed boy.

"If I remember correctly you don't have Hogsmeade permission slip signed by Mia and she would only sign it if you bring good grades on your tests." The boy sulked into his chair remembering the dreadful deal he had made with his mother.

"But I can use the ma-" Thea shushed him keeping a finger on his lips. "That's impossible McGonagall will tell Mia if she catches you and the boys plan on seeing Mia angry at you. So you are stuck with me." The girl replied with a smirk on her lips.

James was frozen in his place looking at the finger that Thea had used to stop him from talking. He felt a warm tingling sensation on his lips and suddenly he wanted to kiss the girl sitting before him.

James shook his head in bewilderment obviously he wouldn't kiss Thea she was his best friend since she was born. Hell, she was like his other half, but still, he wanted to kiss her smart mouth shut.

"Now here start again." The girl said slamming a new piece of parchment on the table and passing him a quill and an inkpot.

"I am not letting you leave Jamie until you finish three essays today."

The boy groaned burying his face in his arms not because he didnt want to write the essays with Thea but because of how her finger made him feel. The warm feeling that she left on his lip.

"You are driving me insane Melody," James said and at that moment he meant every word.
