"Ms. Kim...," A sigh left the old Man as he rubbed his forehead. Infront of you was Mr. Park. The CEO of JYP. Ent.
He looked at you with a complex look, and he shook his head. "Bangchan's...,Bangchan is one of the most loyal people I have ever met...," His eyes flashed with concern for his employee. "I would really like if you could re consider this break up." He trailed of, looking at you sincerely.
You had a blank face on and you shook your head. "I would rather not...," You spoke bitterly, lie.
Oh, just how much you wanted to go back to him, beg him to take you back. Apologise to him for hurting him, impetrate for his forgiveness.
Your hands clenched under the table into fists and your nail digged into the bandages making you feel the sting on your hand, a result of your outburst yesterday.
You let Taehyun handle the problems and the conversation just like how you did throughout the meeting. He smoothly ended the talk, and you both shook hands putting the meeting to an end. Jinyoung looked at you with a sincere smile as he bid you good bye, "Bangchan's a really nice man, Ms. Kim. Please..., Fights happen, so do misunderstanding, so for them don't break a beautiful bond." He advised as a good bye.
You ignored his words, leaving his office and as soon as you were both out you breathed out shakily. Taehyun turned to you, giving a wry smirk commenting, "Sighs the woman who didn't even speak throughout the meeting. Didn't see I would see you like this ever, Doc."
You shook your head gratefully towards the man. He had handled the paparazzi, paid God knows how much money to make them shut their mouths up. He ensured Bangchan's career and health would be perfect, and he took care of you then...
If not for him, it would have been a mess for sure. You smiled at him weakly, "I am only a human, Hyun..., i am not Invictus." His face softened, and he pulled you in a hug whispering. "It's going to be fine doc, I will make everything just like before."
You blinked your eyes at his words, returning his embrace, god, you needed a friend too sometimes.
You pulled away, and deadpanned in a false cold look, "I am not dead, you know? Those huggings bug me alot." You faked an irritated look, making him chuckle raising his hand, "Yeah, right." He drawled out, before smiling at you.
His eyes then slid ahead and his smile faded bit by bit and an awkward look settled on his face. You frowned, your brows pulling up together as you stared at him confused. Suddenly realisation dawned you, dread settling in your stomach. You turned around, begging god to spare you atleast once.
Clearly you weren't god's favorite.
Bangchan stood infront of you, a hurt look in his eyes. Your face paled at his clenched jaw, the betrayal in his eyes as he stared at you ripping through him. It dawned to you, you had never officially let Taehyun meet with Bangchan.
Your lips parted, when suddenly he walked straight past you with a cold face. His hands clenched. You felt your breath run shallow as the tears you had thought had gone dry in your eyes, tried to force their way up your eyes. You felt Taehyun's hand on your shoulder, he shook his head at you, sympathy flashing through his eyes.
You looked ahead, inhaling and licking your lips as your tried to force your tears back in. You stalked out of the building towards your car. Taehyun who had fallen behind, entered the car after you and he breathed heavily when you looked at him with an haunted expression in your eyes. Devastation written all over your face. You chest heaved up and down, and Taehyun looked at you with concern. "Are, are you alright, Y/n?"
Your eyes snapped up to his, and his gut clenched as a tear slid down your left eye, you shook your head.
Your head sliding in your hand as you breathed out, "I am not fine Hyun...," A silent breath leaving your mouth, before you body jerked and you took in a breath. You whispered, "I will die if he isn't around..."
