Aether's POV
Nothing besides the dark universe could separate me and Xiao, even in battle. We woke up early, knowing the day ahead of us was going to be long and strenuous.
Xiao seemed stressed. He was still learning how to navigate his newfound emotions, he used to just bottle them up and set them to the side. I taught him how to just let them flow. He was growing, as we all are, and it was sometimes hard to deal with it, but i couldn't let him down. It sometimes became a bit much.
Suddenly today i felt overwhelmed, and distraught.
Alhaitham's POV
Many things run through my mind as i try to navigate them. There's no time to stop. This plan of mine is going to work, it will take some dedication and luck. That's one thing we cannot lack, and that thing is luck.
Third Person POV
The newfound Order of Unity left the Jade Chamber after drinking Albedo's potion. This was to make them look like ordinary individuals in the Akadeymia. Their voices even changed to that of the Akadeymia. They then began to step inside the bounds of Sumeru.
"Halt!" A guard suddenly shouted.
Cyno then went up and the guard immediately bowed down. "S-sir Chineche! S-so sorry, i had no idea it was you."
Cyno said "I will have mercy on you this time and this time only. I do not waste time."
The guard let the group pass as they began to be escorted by Cyno into the main building of the Akadeymia, all of the guards looking at them with honor, but it was obviously as forced as they could make it.
Cyno then went inside of the building, leading the group into one of the offices. He then closed the door, and they all began to speak.
"Kaeya, you are tasked with going to the Grand Sage and proposing ideas to the Akasha Terminal. Dehya, you must go to the Sanctuary of Surasthana and rescue Collei. You will be watched, but you are supposedly Sage Ramora. They will look at you and not question it." Alhaitham paused, gave Dehya a key, then she was off.
"Cyno, you need to tell the guards that the Akasha Terminal is malfunctioning and there has been a questionable incident involving people protesting the Akadeymia at Caravan Ribat. There is a lot of unrest happening there as we speak, so that will occupy them for the time we need."
"Nahida, you have obtained a gnosis now, so you can use that to your advantage and take over the Grand Sage's consciousness. This will then trigger the other major influences to question the grand sage, and the rest of you, thats where that comes in. You will convince the sages that there is unrest in the Akadeymia's lower levels, so they can investigate. The Sanctuary of Surasthana has been occupied with many people so i trust that everything will be handled by the time everything goes well."
"Xiao, you and Aether must go to the lower level of the outside wall and protect the building. If this goes right, there will be nothing that bothers the inner city."
Something that they did not know however, was that the grand terminal was there. Nahida's plan to shut down the Akasha terminal as soon as the plan went through had a major flaw.
Aether and Xiao stood there as Cyno directed the guards, who went running towards Caravan Ribat. Dehya rescued Collei, and they both teleported home. The Akadeymia didnt know what was going on, but soon they would.
