Problem in Pride

The problem with killing some bitch who messed with your husband... is that when the bitch in question is related to royalty by blood and marriage... it makes the news when she goes missing mysteriously.  The cannibals won't talk and most places that have alleys don't record that shit because it's shady shit. 

However when the 666 News came on everyone paid attention. 

"In other news.." Katie Killjoy grinned. "The former wife of Ars Goetia Prince Stolas was reported missing for a week by her brother Andrelphus. Stolas himself has no clue where she is and their daughter had no comments either. She was last seen near the Cannibal District so who knows maybe that goose got cooked. Either way Lady Stella is presumed dead or maybe she took a trip to The Living World." Katie shrugged.

Stolas turned the TV off. "It's odd... she never went to that area before." 

Octavia hugged herself. "I... didn't want either of you to die... I just wanted the fighting to stop."

Stolas hugged his daughter. "Oh I know Starfire." He said trying to comfort her. 

She nuzzled into him and cried. 

As much as Stolas despised Stella, he hadn't wanted her dead either. Just for her to leave him alone. He sighed and held her close, humming softly. Whatever possessed that woman to go to the Cannibal District, he'll never know.

"Holy fuck... Stella's vanished..." Blitz stared at the screen. Moxxie, Millie and Loona were watching as well. 

"Well shit." Loona sighed. 

"Damn... if she's dead that opens up a lot of possibilities for ya boss." Millie said.

"It's also a nightmare that is gonna bring up a lot of questions. Stella is gone... Stolas and Stella always arguing... and then being outed by Asmodeus in Lust Ring. I am murdering professional... that's gonna look really bad." Blitz hissed. 

Loona looked over at him. This was serious. "It will look kinda fishy... huh."

Moxxie shook his head. "No because on the night she vanished you were stalking us at our house again. And you had a camera again like a creep."

"Mmmm... true.. looks like creeping on you two may save my ass." Blitz grinned. 

"Yeah this time." Moxxie groaned. 

Millie chuckled and comforted her husband.

Sueann looked to Rita, Rita looked to Shade. Shade shrugged. 

"Honestly she was a bitch. But all of us were hanging out at the bar that night." Shade said. 

"Yeah, and then we came straight here." Sueann said.

Rita nodded and shrugged some. "Not that anyone would ask us... we have no ties to anyone involved."

"True." Sueann chuckled.

"Given the cannibals won't talk to anyone... all should be fine." Striker stated.

Lena sighed some. "The only one aside from them that can out me is Bael and I know he won't." She held Havu and nuzzled the snoot. 

"People kill each other all the time down here." He chuckled.

"Yeah but how often do nobles get killed?" She asked. 

"Point taken." Striker said and held them both. "But if you hadn't killed her, and Ah had killed Stolas... this would be alot worse."

"Yeah." Lena sighed and kissed them both.

Bael looked to Lucifer. "Well what do we do about this?"

Lucifer took a breath. "Well, we do nothing. Time will heal those wounded by this. I am a little shocked your imp was so bold to just kill her. I do see the reasoning though. Family is important.  Given Stella was no longer married to Stolas and they have a daughter already... her end of the bargain of the arranged marriage is over. I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner."

"Mmm... honestly Stella was a pain from birth... she enjoyed tormenting others. When Paimon told me those two were going to be together... I knew it wouldn't last."Bael shook his head. 

"What do you mean?" Lucifer asked.

"Well... either she would kill him because he was gay and would cheat. Or he would cheat and drive her away." Bael shrugged. "In a way... I was right."

"Seems you were... but even I didn't see an imp..."

"Succuimp."

"Succuimp, taking out a royal. It was fairly savage as well." He chuckled. 

"What about Andrelphus?" Bael asked.

"He'll probably look in the Cannibal District and not get anything." Lucifer grinned.

"Mmm... still keeping an eye on him might be a good idea." 

"Perhaps... we shall see."

"Indeed."
