Striker gave her some time to settle, before knocking on the door. "Hey Lena..."

"Yeah?"

"Can Ah come in?"

"Yeah, hold on." She opened the door and looked up at him wearing one of her newest outfits. "What's up?"

He was stunned and looked to her

He was stunned and looked to her. "Uh..."

"Striker?" She snickered some.

"Oh uh, Ah was wonderin' if ya wanted to join me for a walk somewhere." He smiled and let his tail sway.

"Yes." She purred and looked up at him.

He smiled and walked toward the front door, tail swaying about. He could feel her following him and just smirked. "That dress of yers is more for a date pumpkin,  but it is Wrath inspired. Ya pick it out yerself?"

She blushed some and kept up with him. "Yeah I did, it kinda just spoke to me. You said it's more for a date... does that make me date worthy?" She asked half joking.

He tugged his hat down a little and chuckled. "Looks good on ya, and yeah."

"Yeah what?"

"Yeah yer date worthy." He said and lead her through the woods and up on a cliff. A single large tree was near the edge. He leaned on it and grabbed her hand in his pulling her close to the edge. "Watch..."

She blushed and stayed close, watching the view as the false sun set, false night falling over Wrath. Then it happened, the woods lit up in glows of pinks, purples, blues and greens... some orange and red. Tail wagging about she let out a breath she hadn't known she was holding. "Oh Satan... it's beautiful."

Striker smiled. He'd seen the view a million times, but seeing her light up like this, overlords on high she was so honest and cute. "Really is a beautiful view..." Yeah he wasn't looking out at the woids he was focused on her.

"I had no idea this was here, it's amazing." She purred.

"Mhm sure is." He smiled and leaned in, kissing her cheek.

"Eee! Striker yer gonna make me fall."

"Heh, sure ya haven't already done so?"

She looked to him and bit her lip. Smiling then she wagged her tail and wrapped her arms around him.

He grabbed her and held her close. Lifting her suddenly to settle on his left shoulder. "Watch this." He grinned and rattled his tail then hissed.

Suddenly three firesnakes appeared, two orange and one pink. They glowed in the dark but also were on fire. A controlled flame.

( this is fairly close to how I see them but they are normal sized snakes

Lena smiled some and wagged her tail. "Oh wow."

Striker offered his hand to the smallest one and it slithered up on him then up on Lena and hissed in her ear. She giggled and rubbed under its chin. "That's a little boy there." He grinned.

"So their color determines gender?" She asked.

"Yes, it's color that makes them easy to identify. Pink are females and orange are males. Gender dimorphism by color is easily identified." He smiled.

"That's kinda cool." She smiled as the young male flicked his tongue out then slithered down again.

"This pair have been living here for a while." He nodded to her.

"And the little one is their son?"

"Yep, runty little fella is still learning. His brothers and sisters moved on already, but he's not ready." Striker chuckled as he watched them leave.

"Very cute though." She smiled and he looked to her. Looking to him she kissed his snoot and he wiggled it then flicked his tongue out. She grinned and wagged her tail.

"Yeah cute, yer cute too." He smiled and nudged her with his snake like muzzle.

She blushed and grabbed his cheeks. "And you are handsome."

He grinned and let his tail wag. "Hnhn, thank ya kindly ma'am." He winked.

"Ah..." she giggled and nuzzled him. Getting a pleased rumble from the snake imp.

Arm wrapped about her legs he walked with her on his shoulder, heading back toward the cabin at an even pace. Not rushing, he was letting her enjoy the scenery as they went through the woods.

Tail swaying she looked around as he walked. These woods were so beautiful glowing at night like this. Flora and fauna glowing with bioluminescence. She had no idea the rough landscape gave way to these back woods.

"Ya really like it huh?" He asked.

"Yes very much so." She smiled and relaxed.

Once back at the cabin he set her on the railing around the porch and leaned on it. Watching her sit there and just take in the view. She was just so... "cute.." he uttered.

"Huh?" She gave him her full attention.

He had not meant to say it out loud and pulled his hat down. "Nothing."
