Chapter 50

Jin was staring far out from their balcony to the vast property before him. He couldn't quite grasp up to now that he is currently living in such a huge and expensive mansion with his Alpha.

He used to only dream of having a good and kind-hearted Alpha, even not a rich one. But now, he is marked, not only by a great man, but by one of the highest ranking Alpha out there, the leader of the biggest and most powerful pack, and even a rare wolf that not many have already seen.

"Yeah, we can't just have it all. I should be happy and contented." Jin whispered into the cold breeze, as he placed his palms on his small stomach. He then let out a deep sigh and forced a small smile.

"My love? Why are you here?! You might catch a cold." Jin heard Taehyung said, so he quickly turned and smiled.

"I'm about to get in. Just making myself sleepy. Let's go to bed?"

Taehyung just stared at Jin, locking the door to the balcony and fixing the curtain closed. Then the Alpha said, "Are you feeling okay, Seokjin-ah?"

"Yes. Why wouldn't I be? Today has been great. A lot of things to celebrate and to be happy about. So thank you, my Alpha." Jin smiled, he stepped closer to Taehyung to give him a peck on the cheek. "Let's sleep? It's getting late."

Taehyung only nodded and did not say a word anymore, so Jin asked, "Why, Tae?! Are you not feeling good about your peace talk with hyung?"

The Alpha shook his head, "No, it's not that. I just-- I feel guilty."

"What- why?"

"I feel so guilty of not focusing on what you really need - when all you've been doing was to help me be a better pack leader, and be a strong Alpha wolf, awakening all of my capabilities..

Guilty that I wasn't able to make you the happiest man, when you deserve to be one. My love, I'm so sorry.."

"What are you saying?! You don't need to be sorry. I am already happy, Tae-- with you and our future child. That's all I need, Tae. That already makes me the happiest man. Therefore, don't think too much. Hmm? I love you.."

Taehyung only stared at Jin's face, silent, hoping to say more but he just kept it to himself so as to not ruin their night anymore.

"Tae, I said I love you..??"

Taehyung smiled and kissed Jin's forehead gently, "I love you too. So much."

"You're asking for me, Mr. Jeon?!" Jin asked as he entered the CEO's office.

"Why aren't you calling me hyung here?!" Jungkook asked, his eyebrows were furrowed.

"Well, first of all, I don't want a change in treatment from my sunbaes if they learned that I'm your half brother. And secondly, aren't we supposed to wait for the event we'll hold in the next couple of weeks? You'll announce everything there, right?"

"Yeah, that's right. Our council has already approved of the plans, same as the Moon Night Howlers elders. It's all sorted. I can't wait, honestly." Jungkook smiled and took Jin's hands, "I have a lot in store for my baby brother."

Jin pulled his hand and hit him playfully, "What the-- don't treat me like a baby!"

"You are a baby!" Jungkook chuckled. "Hey, you don't have any idea how much I've been wanting to spoil you, pamper you like a baby.. just-- now in a brotherly way though!"

Jin then scooted near him and leaned on his shoulder, "Yeah. It's nice this way. I like it this way with you."

"Me too." Jungkook said, putting his arm over Jin's shoulder. "How's your pregnancy? Is it giving you a hard time?! Or is it your Alpha that's been giving you stress??"
