"So up to now, it is still a mystery why there are already seven missing employees of Kim Investments Inc in total, just for the past two months.
No signs or any traces of their disappearance, which left their families mourning and heartbroken..
This is Park Jimin, reporting for the JBS Night Newsflash."

"..2, 1, Aannddd.. now we're off the air!!" The director shouted. "Good job, Park! Get ready for the next hour's news break."

"Got it. Thanks PD-nim!" Jimin said with a big smile, rising from his seat in front of the cameras. Then he hurried his way to his best friend who's watching him from the side.

"Great job, Jimin-ah! You looked really perfect in that suit, you already seem to be a news anchor for decades!" Jin said, showing Jimin a thumbs up.

Jimin chuckled, "Yah Jin! Why did that sound like I look old in this suit!"

"That's not what I meant! I mean you look like a real professional anchor now." Jin laughed as they walk together out of the news studio.
"Hey, I am starving! Let's grab some food from the cafe quickly?!"

"Sure. I haven't eaten yet too as I was waiting for my screen. Why haven't you gone home anyways? It's already late, are you on a night shift too? Didn't you just come from the field?" Jimin asked, they stepped into the elevator and he pressed it closed, then turned to look at Jin.

"Yeah. But they gave me this traffic news duty!" Jin rolled his eyes. "What the hell am I gonna get out of traffic?! So I went back here to do more interesting research."

"Jin, traffic news is important too. Like how would one know what road to take if they are in a hurry or something.. you know I hate it when there are road accidents and I had to wait, stuck at the middle of traffic."

"Seriously, Jimin? There is already an app called Waze.. or Google maps?! No one cares about the traffic report anymore!" Jin said annoyingly, then walked ahead out of the elevator.

Jimin pressed his lips together, now thinking of what else to say just to make his best friend feel better.
"Well, that's true. But still--"

"Chim, it's fine. You don't need to say anything, okay? I get what you're doing.. and thank you for that. I love you." Jin smiled as they took trays from the counter and lined up at the buffet to get themselves foods.

Jimin sighed but smiled back at Jin, he spoke as he placed small bowls on both of their trays.
"I love you too, you know that. So I am just worried that you are overworking yourself just to get a catchy news that your sunbae won't even acknowledge coz it wasn't originally assigned to you!"

"I know. Don't worry too much, I just need the perfect content so they can give me the credit I deserve. And this time, I think I almost got it! I'll tell you once we're seated." Jin whispered.

After filling their trays with their dinner, Jin and Jimin took the corner table, away from the other employees. They started eating their meal, then after a few spoonfuls of rice, Jin started to speak.

"So.. about that thing you just reported.. I have some leads to that." Jin whispered.

Jimin's eyes widen and looked around the cafe, making sure no one hears them,
"Hey Kim Seokjin! I am already telling you, stop that please! We are reporters, we're not the police or detectives. Your job is just to report updates, not to investigate on things like those!"

Jin sighed, "Relax, will you?! I am just studying the backgrounds of those missing people. Aren't you curious why they are all working at Kim Investments then disappeared suddenly?!"

"Of course I am curious, Jin. But not to the point that I will waste my energy just to find out things about them." Jimin rolled his eyes while shoving a tuna kimbap into his mouth.

"Well, I do understand. Coz you are just reading everything that you report. You don't need to think about anything. Whereas for me, I have to make my own content just to be noticed!"

"Ouch! Okay, that's already harsh Jin!" Jimin glared, while Jin just smiled back, "I also worked hard to get screen times, you know! Mind you, if you're not a member of the Jeon's pack, it's hard to get in here..

And didn't I tell you before, you also fit perfectly being a news anchor coz you are so damn beautiful! Sir Jeon even made a special offer just for you to say yes. But you chose to go out in the fields where you always look haggard and tired chasing whatever!"

"Okay, I'm sorry. No offense. We're just different at that note. You want to be famous being the prettiest anchor, while I want to be out there where the action is, you know.. It makes my career more interesting." Jin reasoned out.

"Yeah, yeah. Well, that's understandable why Sir Jeon is so fascinated with you. Coz your personality is like that. Always wanted to get things the hard way." Jimin sighed.
"I wish an Alpha like him would like me too, you know. Those fierce eyes when he looks at you, as if undressing you already just thru a simple, deep gaze. Rarrr!" Jimin roared in a flirty way, which made Jin laugh.

"Oh my, please. If you like him, go on, he's all yours. Jungkook and I are just friends. He has never expressed himself that way to me. So you are just imagining things."

"No way, you are just naive. If I were you, let him claim you, then maybe you'll be the best reporter here already. He'll give you the Director position for the News Department right away."

Jin shook his head, "No, uh-uh! I'm not getting it that way. Anyways, going back to how to get my big break..
I found out when I was researching that there is one thing in common amongst those who disappeared."

"Uhm, yes. They all work in Kim Investments Inc."

Jin scoffed at Jimin, "Obviously! And there's one more thing." Jin looked around first to make sure no one's listening, before he whispered,
"They were all from the Goldentail Pack, and they kept it from their profiles when they entered Kim Investments."

Jimin quickly covered Jin's mouth, "Jin!! I am serious now. You have to stop that! You're gonna get yourself killed! Don't ever mention that to Sir Jeon, he'll be raging mad. You know those two packs don't get along very well."

"Mmpphh.." Jin struggled to remove Jimin's hand on his mouth, but he leaned back and glared at his best friend, "I am being quiet, okay! You don't need to shove your tiny hand into my mouth! You're the one who's making it obvious.

Look.. I know that. But I am neutral, we don't belong to any of the packs, anyways. But don't you get it? This must be deeper. It might be that the Kim's found out that those employees kept from them that they were members of the Goldentail Pack. This is now turning to be more than just a war between the clans.."

"Jin, people can't just hide from what pack they belong to. I don't think their HR was doing a good job, screening their backgrounds." Jimin whispered.

"Exactly! That means someone inside might be betraying the Moon Night Howlers. The question is- why?! Why would they betray their pack - when everybody says that the Kim clan is the most frightening coz they're the most powerful. What makes them powerful?! How true that their leader is the strongest Alpha?!"

Jimin sighed and shook his head,
"No, no, Jin. Those are already things that we shouldn't get ourselves into. We are only Omega's with no packs to rely on. We have no power whatsoever to protect ourselves from these dangers. I know I do talk shit about a lot of things, but never about these things between those two notorious packs. I'm really cautious about it!"

"I'm not doing anything yet, so relax. I'm just researching. And I can even tell Jungkook that I'm doing a research about those mysterious disappearances. He might be interested too. And just so you'll be relieved that I won't be in danger." Jin smiled to assure Jimin that his worries are all empty.

"Still, not a good idea. After eating, please just go home. Get some sleep. And tomorrow you'll come up with a better news. Not this 'scene-of-the-crime operatives' stuff! Okay, please Jin, promise me?"

"Okay, I promise." Jin sighed and flashed Jimin a fake smile.
