A/N: Xiaolumi get asked to watch the Balladeer as he dives into Irminsul for information while Nahida keeps an eye on the twins. Kuni finds a startling truth that shakes him to his core, causing him to take an unexpected thought. I hope you enjoy the song for Wanderer and his Tartatsuna family. <3

Yes Bakari's true name is Pluto, the Roman name for Hades. In Roman mythology Pluto is a lot different from Greek's Hades. For one he's not as much of a douchebag jerk. You can think of Yang Bakari as Pluto and Yin Bakari as Hades. Pluto was the Roman god of Mortality and riches. Ironic that Zhongli's godson is in fact also associated with money yes? lmao!! But can you guess his sister, Solis/Nalini's true name from what little you guys know? it also has Roman/Greek origins.

"Just how many times did teacher Ishtar tell you to be careful?"

Here it was the lecture of all lectures and the little yakshini, the young dendro archon and keeper of the Tree of Knowledge was at it again. Talking his ear off as he head throbbed and swammed. Those sinister voices plaguing him like a nest of hissing vipers as he lay there against the bed against his wishes. Lumine was still out walking with Paimon to cool her head.

"570 times between you and my mother-in-law...."he hissed in annoyance, covering his eyes with his arm. In all respects he should be addressing her as 'lady' or 'mother' but it felt odd after knowing the time goddess this long now. She was a lot like his mate and the anemo archon but also not....i-it was hard to describe the Goddess of Time. He glanced over to where his son and daughter were sleeping not far away. It was strange seeing his son's appearance look so different. A soft cough and whimper as he slept uneasily, but that medicine was working.

"Alatus Aion!! How many times do we have to tell you, my emperor, before it sticks to your head like tree sap?"sighed Nahida as she scurried around typing away at her monitor keyboard as she worked. She had to hand it to her senior archon and whomever created these old peach pills. They came very close to the ambrosia that Yggdrasil's gardener had taught her to make. But it was a cheap imitation and followed adepti physical makeup. It was treating the symptoms not the source of the karmic debt their race was prone towards. As elemental races strongly linked to the Sovereign of Dendro and nature, they and the Jinn Tribe were vulnerable to this corrosion. No matter, now that she was free, Nahida had been gaining information and knowledge very rapidly, her strength growing by the day.

"I know, I know Lady Buer. No need to chastise me—auugh!!"Xiao was taken aback by the ripple of pain that shot up from his spine as Nahida raced over. A little bottle in hand full of a strange verdant green elixir.

"Clearly I do, Alatus. Temperance my emperor, temperance. You will not be able to advance out of your trial until you learn restraint. The trials will only get harder from here on out. Humility lets you awaken into godhood but you are still in a cocoon state. Powerful, but unstable."she sighed, getting him to sit up. "Here, take this. It's only my first attempt so it's not complete but it should help you at least until I can finish the medicine."

Doing as he was told Xiao shakily took the small bottle and uncorked it. What greeted his nose was a scent that was impossible to resist. Sweeter than almond tofu and as he downed it unable to hold himself back. That had been unexpected but almost immediately he was feeling a bit of relief. The sound of doors opening as a voice called, "Buer? Goddess of Wisdom? Are you here?" Xiao froze, pupils narrowed to thin feral splits. Had that been the balladeer just now!?

"I'll be out in a second, Kabukimono."she called. Nahida then turned to Xiao with a small smile. "I know what you're thinking, and yes it is him. He awoke just yesterday...Lumine should be back any minute too. Shall we go greet him?"
