Enid was behind Wednesday, talking with several others about school related projects. Wednesday couldn't really hear them. She was too focused on what she was about to do.

Accuse Enid.

"I'll text you later!" Enid waved the others goodbye and turned to see Wednesday, leaning against the wall. Her eyebrows were knit and she was frowning. It was possible she was in a good mood.

"Wednesday?" Enid walked over. "Don't you have fencing right now?"

Wednesday didn't even look at her.

"Are you okay?"

No response.

"Wens-"

"You know who gave me that flower." Wednesday said, finally looking at her. "Don't you?"

Enid sucked in her breath and glanced around for help. How could she be so dumb? Of course Wednesday would figure it out! She was the smartest person in the school!

"Uh, no? I mean, it's probably like I said. Ya know, admirer and all that!" Enid tried to quickly explain. "Whoever it is, not that I know, is probably practicing for Valentine's Day! It's not uncommon for them to just be like-"

"Enid." Wednesday forced Enid backwards, trapping her between herself and the wall. "Who was it? Who are you protecting?"

Enid could not respond. She couldn't think. Her face was most certainly a bright shade of red and her brain was malfunctioning.

Yoko, Divana, Bianca, Xavier, Kent, and Eugene had unconsciously gathered and were watching the pair from a distance.

"They're adorable!" Yoko whimpered, almost like she was crying.

"I wish I had a camera." Divana joked.

"Same." Kent smirked.

"I don't understand my own feelings." Xavier said under his breath. Eugene heard him and simply giggled.

"You still owe me that money, Xavier." Bianca crossed her arms.

Xavier slowly turned his head to look at her just as an explosion went off from inside the school.
