"Let me get this clear, you're trying to lock him up because he tried and failed to set the school on fire when he was a kid?" Reina questioned the sheriff as she sat beside Jughead, her face stoic as the boy gave her an offended look.
"He was bullied-"
"Are we pointing out the obvious? Okay, my turn, if Jughead fought with a fly he would lose, you get my point?" The Lodge interrupted, looking down at her red nails as she decided that there were so many better things she could be doing instead of having this idiotic conversation.

The sheriff seemed to believe that Jughead was getting revenge for getting bullied by the players and thus, decided to kill Jason.
"Miss Lodge, you can't defend him"
"Well, I don't have to, because your theory is clearly stupid, but since you're a shitty sheriff and needs to put the blame on someone so your number of 'solved' cases goes up, then I'll have my lawyer contact you" Standing up with a fake smile, the brunette turned on her heels and nodded her head to the door.

"Uh... are you sure we can just leave?" Jughead whispered to her as they walked out of the room, making the girl chuckle as she stole his beanie, placing it on her head before she put her sunglasses.
"Do you see anyone trying to stop us?" Reina questioned and he quickly looked behind them, shaking his head as she flicked his ear "That's your answer"
The boy sighed heavily, lowering himself onto the passenger seat of her car and closing his eyes tightly "Thank you, really"
"Of course, sweet cheeks! Selena Gomes' best friend gave her fucking kidney for her, I'm still trying to beat that shit" Reina told him seriously, making him give her a look, before they both laughed loudly.
"You're an idiot" Jughead told her, shaking his head as he crossed his legs in a criss cross position "So you and Cheryl Bombshell?"
"You and my twin?"
"We should eat something yeah? I'm thinking... pancakes" Jughead changed the subject, making Reina grin as she started to drive to Pop's.
