I stood in shock as Bruce talked to Jason while he circled him with a gun pointed at him. I slowly climbed out of the floorgrate. "Jay?" I said quietly but loud enough for him to hear. Jason quickly looked at me as he pointed his other gun at me. "(Y/N)?" he asked as he slightly lowered is gun. I nodded then slowly. "You...you brought her into this?! you turned her into one of your soldiers!" Jason yelled as he put a little more pressure on the trigger and moved closer to Bruce. "Jay, I chose to do this. It...it kept me busy." I said taking a cautious step forward. "It kept me from thinking about you.....it let me get my anger out....Jason it...it kept me from doing some very bad things." I said as he dropped the gun pointed at me back to his side and looked at me with sad blue eyes. "And if she got captured would you put the mission aside to save her Bruce, or would you let her end up like me?!" Jason said angirly as he put the gun under Bruce's chin only for Bruce to headbutt him and diappear as Jason recovered. "Ugh! You can't hide from me! I will hunt you down!" Jason yelled then threw the Arkham Knight helmet off to the side then looked at me before putting down the red visor. "You'll pay for what you did! For not caring!" he yelled as he sat on one of the vantage points and scanned the room for Bruce. Though the anger was clear in his voice I could still hear the pain in it as well. "Jay we did look for you!" I said as I went over to the railing. "We couldn't find you! I couldn't find you then..." I paused as I looked up at him and noticed his head was turned toward me. He was listening. "Then we saw the tape...I saw the tape...Jay we thought Joker killed you....I-I rushed to Arkham but there was no trace of you or Joker...Jay...I'm sorry I wasn't faster." I said, my voice cracking as I started to cry as I watched him before looking down to hide my tears. Bruce watched from under Jason's vantage point and after a few seconds of silence Jason dropped his gun and grappled over to me and though I couldn't see his face I could tell he was studying me then he lifted the visor of his helmet. "I was never mad at you. I never could be." he said as he gently rubbed my cheek. "Run with me." he whispered as he made me look at him and took off my mask. Slowly a small smile made it to my face. "Always."
