Carina still didn't take her infamous pregnancy test. She's way too nervous to take it. Although she's showing signs of a potential pregnancy... she's been eating more.. constant sickness... she has been sleeping a lot lately which is good. Miranda Bailey knows that they are trying for their last baby... so she told Carina to take it slow and not to worry about work.. all her patients are being treated with care ... by Addison and Jo.
the kids are in school and daycare
Maya came up to check on her wife ... the first two times she's been upstairs Carina was sound asleep so she didn't want to wake her up but this time Carina was awake ***

Maya: everything okay baby?
Carina: hrmmmmmm. What?
Maya: I'm here to check on you...
How are you feeling ?
Carina: okay thank you for checking up on me... I really really appreciate it.
** she kisses her wife **
I've been better honestly. I feel extremely nauseous and tired all the time but that might be from having five children under eleven thank goodness for your help and tristian and Kayla's otherwise I would never survive this...
Maya: do you want to take the test Because you are perhaps showing signs of pregnancy...
Carina: okay but what if I'm not pregnant ? Bambina.....
Maya: okay shhhhhhhh I know how much you really really want eight children but if god says—-
Carina: yea I know.... Ohhhh I'm going to be sick again... ** Carina rushed to her bathroom..**
Please come in with me... I don't want to take it alone...
Maya: okay... I'm right here with you... everything is going to be okay...

Carina: but if I am pregnant we have to get the mattress back downstairs so I can lay down and be part of the every day things Bambina and I'll be closer to the door if god forbid anything happens praying everything is going to be okay....

Maya : okay I'll get the mattress set up after... one thing at a time my love!
Carina: okay thank you ** she was so emotional about whether or not she was pregnant again **
I'm soooo nervous!!

** Maya's phone alarm finally went off it was time to know if Carina was pregnant again **
Carina: I don't even want to look at it but I'm going to be sick again...
** she then threw up again **

Carina: okay... I guess it's a good sign that I'm sick every now and then right?
Maya: yea I guess!

**Carina took a deep breath and hold her wife's hands and together they looked at the test**

Carina: ohhhh my goodness baby!!!
Maya: ohhhhh damnnnn !!! Okay.... Let's go ...
Carina: I'm sweating like crazy ... does it it really say what I think it says?
Maya: yea ... that's why you've been feeling sick and nauseous all the time...
Carina: ohhhhhh my goodness... babe I honestly didn't think it would have worked on the first try !!
** Carina decided to make like a keepsake of this pregnancy like she did with the twins ... and with Chloe.. she kept the pregnancy test in a special box**

Carina: okay well I don't know what to do ... so do I put myself on bed rest now or just basically stay in the mattress in the living room ?
Maya: well what would you suggest if there was a patient your age , being pregnant for the sixth time.. having your medical history.. what advice would you give her?
Carina: well good question... but I'd definitely recommend her to take it slow with everything she does.. don't pick up heavy stuff to risk this pregnancy .. get some fresh air once in a while
Maya: well there you go my love ...

Carina: okay ... well I'll help you get things downstairs and help you out with the kids as much as I can although out this pregnancy ...
Maya: okay... but you are going to rest eighty percent of the time my love!!
Carina: okay!! Kiss me please!!! ** as she has a hand on her stomach and the other one is against her body**
Maya: ohhh I definitely am
** she kisses her wife and they both have tears coming down their faces **

Carina: I'm just soooo happy
Maya: me too babe....
Do we tell the kids?
Carina: ohhhhh ... I say I'm out of the woods because anything can happen and I'm praying for a good pregnancy... and that everything goes smoothly!!!
Dear god ,
please please spare me any complications with this pregnancy and spare me another miscarriage please..
Maya: everything is going to be okay...
