**Maya helped Carina back in the hospital bed , she did get half dressed, she has a bra on, with a nursing tank top on and her underwear with a diaper on ! They are waiting for Addison to come check on Carina and Ryann! **

Carina: do you visualize what I meant with our family portrait in the form of a puzzle, and like how she perfectly fits with our puzzle.. she is the MOST PERFECT PUZZLE PIECE THERE EVER WAS !
Maya: yes I see it ! And she totally is .

Carina: ouhhhhhh ! I'm getting sleepy, and she's wide awake!! Ayyyye ayyyyye !
Maya : it's okay, you can take a very well deserved nap ! I've got her!

** Maya packed the video camera and put it back in the camera bag and set it down close to the door for tomorrow **

Carina: are you sure?
Maya: yessss ! When was she last fed ?
Carina: ouhhhhh ! It's been a while! I will feed her and then I'll nap !
**Maya chuckles **

Carina: okay!!
** she unbuttoned the gown and begins to feed on her left breast **

Carina: she is latching on really well!! It's amazing!
Maya: yea , didn't all of the kids latched on right away?
Carina: I think so I don't remember!
Ouhhh can you get out her going home outfit it's in her diaper bag babe , third zipper up ! Second pocket please!
Maya: of course..
** Carina picked out the strawberry outfit and Maya the pineapple outfit, same thing, same headband and little boots everything **
Maya: the pineapple one?
Carina: siiiii !
Maya : awnnnn !
Carina ; well it's only fair my love, she's wearing her strawberry one since yesterday it's time for another fruit bunny !

** Baby Ryan looked up at her moms and smiled her mouth muscles smiled on its own ! **

**Addison came in and checked on Ryann and Carina**

Addison: okay, everything is excellent with her, what did you decide to name her?
Carina: that's perfect! Oh we did a poll online with my gender neutral names and we - they decided on Ryan!  TWO N's . RY + ANN

Addison: Awnn well hello miss Ryann, welcome to the world ! She's absolutely gorgeous, just like her siblings and moms!
**Maya and Carina : thank youuu!**
Here , mommy, you can hold her while I check Carina out!
Maya: alright!!

Addison: okay, so how are you feeling?
Carina: exhausted because of the 16 past hours but it was so worth it!!
Addison: yea that's understandable!
But pain wise ! Any pain ! Your back ? Vagina ! Legs tingling? Headache?  Cramps ?

Carina: well I did take a short shower and when I went to the bathroom to pee it did sting a little, and I'm still experiencing some pain in my lower stomach..... but it's my stomach slowly starting to contract itself... but  my vagina does in fact hurts !
Addison: okay.... I'll do a quick cervical exam ! And check on your stitches.
Carina: okay!!  I have a diaper on , I'll take it off

** she scoots down to the end of the bed and spreads her legs open wide enough and puts her feet in the stirrups **
Addison: okay thank you!
**Two minutes later the cervical exam is complete **
Carina: sooo ? Is it the stitches that Is bothering me ?
Addison: yea ... but The stitches will dissolve in 1 to 2 weeks, so they will not need to be removed. You may notice pieces of the stitches on your sanitary pad or on the toilet paper when you go to the washroom. This is normal. Sometimes, a small tear won't be closed with stitches and will be allowed to heal on its own.
Carina: okay, thank you! You would think I would know about all this as I am usually on the other side of the hospital bed , but with all the births I've had all medical obgyn knowledge simply goes out the window!

Maya and Addison: yea that's totally fine and normal!
Addison: are you ready to go home?
Carina: ohhhhh I definitely am
Maya; me too..
Addison: perfect! I'm going to get your discharge papers and come right back. That'll give you time to get ready .

Maya: that's right...

Carina: well she is all ready and dressed to go home!! Yes you are huh ? Are you ready?
Maya; yes I am ready! And you?
Carina: yes ** she's wearing leggings and a tank top that says MOMMA 6 ( exponent 6) **

Carina: ohhhh no , that means I'll have to start wearing my stupid elastic compression waist band again.... Ughhhhhhh fuckkkkkkkk I don't want tooooooo
Maya: everything is going to be okay, just don't have it on too tight
Carina: okay!!

** Addison came back with Carina's discharge papers **
Addison: here you go ladies, here's the discharge papers and little miss Ryann's birth certificate!
Maya : ohhhh thank youuu sooooo much Addison!!
Carina: siiiiiii I don't know what i would have done if you weren't working yesterday.... Or every time I've been into labour.
Addison: you are more than welcome, and I would have come anyways even on my day off, you do that too Carina, we all do .
Carina: ohhhh right I remember... sorry !
**Addison slightly chuckles and says goodbye to her friends, Maya is pushing Carina and last daughter in the wheelchair .**
Maya: okay babe , stay right here I'll go get my car !
Carina: okay wait , kiss me first please!
Maya: of course! ** they kiss and Carina didn't seem like she wanted to let go **
