**Carina woke up to feed Ryann, and she felt like her legs were going to bring her down in the ground, her kids were wanting her to do everything with them, Alessandro, Ryann are the most demanding ( obviously) but CARINA had reached a point where she was about to go crazy. Maya was in the bathroom**

Carina: shhhhhh it's okay! Momma is here, I will change your diaper and then feed you... everything is going to be okay!
Maya: are you okay babe?
Carina: No , I'm in severe pain and I don't know why ... ahhhhhhhhh ! My stomach  and thighs are hurting.... Maya
Maya : okay.... Breathe ! Feed her and then I'll get you some medicine!
Carina: okay !!! ** she couldn't stop crying **
Maya: can you describe your pain please my love?
Carina: ouuhhhh ahhhhh , like contractions.... I definitely need to get checked out because I'm 13 days away from being ONE MONTH POSTPARTUM so my stomach definitely has contracted to it's pre pregnancy size Bambina!!  And my thighs are tingling!
Maya: okay when did the tingling start?
Carina: now -ish ! I couldn't even walk past our STREET CORNER! With the kids yesterday because it hurts to walk !
Maya: okay! You are definitely taking it SLOW ! No sudden movements babe! I don't care what you say but I'm taking care of you now and I'll do everything that the kids needs you and me for ! If this pain intensity I'm driving you to !
Carina: yes okay thank you! But I'm staying downstairs on the couch and that's it!
Maya: yes of course!!

Violet: look momma I found my favourite puzzle, do you want to do it with me
Carina: I would love to Bambina but I'm not feeling okay right now .... I'm so sorry my love I know everyone just misses the old me , when I was able to do things with you all but it hasn't even been a month since Ryann is born and I feel like I've let everyone down including you babe ... I'm a horrible momma and I'm truly truly blessed and grateful for you all my precious babies.. but I don't know how to divide my time with you six , because you are at different ages and you need me for different reasons and I.....

Lorenzo: ohhh momma don't beat yourself up with that ... I'll speak for myself but I'm old enough to understand that my younger siblings need you more than I do,
Chloe: yea I'm like Enzo I'm old enough to understand... we don't want you to feel bad about that momma, you are way too stressed about it... maybe like help us here and there when school starts or do an activity or two with us and it should be fine!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh kaaaaaayyyyyy thank youuu for understanding! And I promise you all that I will do one or two activities with you all or individually!!

Maya: it's crazy to think that THREE WEEKS AGO SHE was still inside you!
Carina: siiii , very crazy! I think about that every day ! I still remember four weeks ago I was heavily pregnant and on a zoom call with my colleagues and was having contractions and everyone was wondering if I was going to give birth live on Zoom !

Well I was 40 weeks and ten days before I went into labour I was working from home and I was on a zoom call with Amelia , Jo and Addison concerning one of my patients and I kept having to stop talking in between contractions... Addie was like
" are you okay Carina, do you want me to come over? Just breathe in and out, everything is going to be fine "
