**Carina has been having contractions since Tuesday.. it's now Saturday morning and she feels like it might be a good idea to go to the hospital And see if everything is alright, she has been on the baby monitor for the past few hours... everyone is up , Kayla and Tristan are staying home with the kids **

Saturday July 29 th

Carina: okay that contraction came extremely close to the last one baby, I think we should head over to the hospital like NOW!

Maya: okay.. deep breath's and everything is going to be okay!! Addison is waiting for us !
Carina: okay!!!  Ouuuuuhhhhhh please no traffic, cause I'm not going to make it in time..

The kids: bye moms , we love you!! You are extremely strong momma! You can do this
Carina: thank youuu my loves ! We will FaceTime you when we can .. okay?
Maya: yes , listen to Kayla and Tristan okay!
The kids: yes mommy!

Carina: MAYA LETS GOOOOOOOO !! Ouuhh I've almost forgot my puzzle piece !
Maya: deep breath's in and out! You are doing such a good job!!
Carina : Owwwwwwwww ! I'm fucking scared.....
And I might want to change the name of It's okay with you...
Maya: okay .. what are you thinking of for names?
Carina: I randomly thought about it just now and I love our moms names but we have a "A"    NAME and I was thinking maybe we could find a name that starts with the letter "Z" ?
Since it's our last baby!
Maya: interesting analogy baby!
Carina: orrr ... I don't know what name we should use , shit naming a sixth child is EXTREMELY HARD !
It's legit stressing me out... let's not do the A TO Z ! Its waaaaay too nerve wracking!!

Maya: okay.. we'll figure out a name for the baby don't worry about it my love.. just focus on your breathing and take it all in , babe, one contraction at a time...
Carina: hrmmmmmm okay!!

Carina: hrmmmmmmmmmm owwwwwwwwwwww ! I feel intense pressure in my vagina and butt .... Like my legs are tingling too!! Ahhhhhhhhhh !

** Carina began to feel overwhelmed by the fact that they didn't have a name for the baby**

**Maya pulled up in the hospital parking lot and immediately grabbed a wheelchair for her wife and wheeled her into the hospital **

Carina: owwwwwww ! The pain is excruciating babe, I want it out now it's not funny anymore !!

** They waited for Addison to finish with a patient and she called Carina in next.**

Addison: Carina Deluca Bishop
Carina: yes ..
Addison: right this way
Carina: hrmmmmmmmmmm ooooooowwwww

** Maya and Addison helped her into a hospital room and Carina got changed into the hospital gowns and Addison hooked Carina up the contractions and foetal heart beat monitors**

Addison: okay how are you doing today?
Carina: hrmmmm okay... extremely anxious and nervous because I'm extremely high risk and don't want anything to happen to the baby...
Addison: okay, I know it's nerve wracking but you made it to THIRTY NINE WEEKS, every thing is going to be fine!  You shouldn't be in labour for too long
Carina: ohhhhhhhh kaaaaaayyyy!
Owwwwwww !
Addison: I'm going to check your cervix and go from there!
Carina: okay!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh !
Addison: when did labour started
Maya: uhhh she's been in labour since Tuesday of this week, They were Braxton Hicks until early early hours of the night.. at 4 h47 this morning!
Addison: okay that's good! You are at 4 centimetres!! Six more to go!

**Carina took several deep breath's and was in so much pain that she grabbed on to the hospital bed 's bars **
Okay, thank youuu soooo much !! Ouhhhh the pressure is extreme in my bum and my legs are tingling oooooooowwwwwww !

Addison: do you know what you are having this time around?
Carina: No
Maya: yea I do!
Addison: okay!
Carina: I didn't want to know until the baby was born but I think it's stressing me out waaaaay more than if I knew what it was...

Addison: okay well.. it's in your chart if you want to look... I mean you did make it through out your whole pregnancy without knowing the gender... so technically...
Maya: Addison is right baby!
It's up to you my love!
Carina: I'm feeling extremely nauseous... like I'm going to throw up!
**Addison brought Carina the vomit basin and placed it close to her head **

Carina: hrmmmmmmmmmm thank youuu!  How long do you think it'll take before the baby is born , Addison?
Addison: well you've progressed almost halfway on your own , and it's not your first baby!
So I'd say early to mid afternoon EARLY EVENING TOPS ! Today! But like TWELVE HOURS MAX !
Carina: okay.... TWELVE? Ayyyye ayyyyeeee !! As long as I'm not in labour for FOUR DAYS it's fine, I CAN DEFINITELY DO TWO DAYS... but that's it !
Addison: but you are doing such a good job..... I would be proud of myself if I was you...

**Carina crying **
Why ? All I kept doing during this entire pregnancy was worry and complain ! There's nothing to be proud about that!!
Maya: babe, you know that's not true, you were reasonably allowed to be worried about everything but you are now at the finishing line and all your puzzle pieces are going to be slowly getting together and our family will be complete! Don't discourage yourself now my love... I'm here for you and with you, you have the best obgyn ( after you of course)

Carina: my back is KILLING ME !!! Ahhhhh
Addison: you can try to lay on your sides !
Carina: I want to go in the birthing pool please!!
Addison: yes of course! I'll get the pool going for you!!
Carina: thank youuu!!
Maya, keep encouraging me.. hearing you say all these things are really really helping me focus on other things then that horrendous pain, please!
Maya: I will gladly continue!
I am in awe of how brave and intuitive you are as a person, as a doctor, as a  wife , momma to almost six beautiful and energetic children...
Because you knew it was high risk and you immediately knew what to do , you knew that you had to be on bed rest eighty percent of your pregnancy and you did it!
I sure as hell wouldn't even though to do so I would have gone for a run ... or to the gym ... and ignore you, because I'm EXTREMELY STUBBORN.. always eyes forward at all times !
But being married to you and a mommy of FIVE ALMOST SIX beautiful children, I never thought I was capable of being a mommy, and you showed me how, you are extremely strong and YOU DESERVE TO BRAG AND TO BE PROUD OF YOU.... not everyone has your kind of drive in your life, personal and professional!

** Carina is now in the birthing pool with her whole body facing the hospital bed .. and she finally can relax in between her excruciating contractions!!! ***

Carina: ahhhhhhhhhhhhh ! SOOOOOOOO MUCH FUCKING PRESSURE AHHHHHHHHHHH !
Awnnnn ! Thank youuu soooooo much babe ,

Maya: you are more than welcome darling...
** Maya readjusted Carina's facecloth on her forehead and another one on her shoulders and neck.... **

Addison, owwwwwww ! I think I'm actually progressing extremely quickly owwwwww !
Addison: okay, I'll check your cervix real quick!!

Carina: okay!!
Addison: you are still at a 4 ... but you can be on your hands and knees it'll help you progress faster!!
Carina: okay thank you!!!
