Hongjoong's pov
I was blushing a whole lot I was so awkward and I didn't know if I should say something or just keep quiet.
I ended blurting "d-do you work here?" I mentally kicked myself in the kneecaps I then hear a deep chuckle "why yes I do I don't think i'd be here if I didn't now would I love?" And oh my god I was frozen not only was his chuckle deep, his voice deep but he called me love! Omgomggg what do I even say without embarrassing myself more?!
"O-oh I-I don't work here" I blurt out again and mentally slap myself "oh? So what's a cutie like you doing here?" He asked turning to me and when we make direct eye contact I blush and look away "I-I have a job interview" I said and before he could say anything the elevator opens "well this is my floor" I said and got off the elevator I then realized he got off too I blush and walk to the waiting room while he walked passed it and to a room in the back.
I sigh who was that man anyway? A few minutes later someone gets called for an interview and literally a minute later she comes out crying and running out the room my eyes widen was he really that bad?!
A few more people were called before me and they all left his room either in tears, looked angry or sad I gulp was it too late to leave as I was about to make a run for it my name was called I gulp and go into the same room people left in tears, a sad face or an angry one.
I hesitantly knock on the door "come in" a familiar voice said but since I was too nervous I didn't notice so I entered the room and when I go inside I went to sit down in front of his desk his back was turned so I didn't see his face "h-hello" I greet fidgeting in my seat "stop fidgeting I don't like that" he said and I immediately stopped sitting up straight.
I almost fell out of my seat when I saw who the boss here- was that hot guy in the elevator the boss here?! But he didn't seem like a monster in the elevator he chuckled and even smiled but when I'm looking at him now he looks so cold and mean.
I gulp "you're Kim hongjoong correct?" He asked I nod "words!" He growled my eyes widen "y-yes sir! It is I! I-I mean it is me! No wait I am-" I was cut off by a sharp glare making me instantly close my mouth "why do you wanna work here kim hongjoong?" He asked "j-just hongjoong will d-do sir a-and I'm in need of a job since I-I got fired from m-my last job because I-I'm very clumsy" I said shyly and quietly "stop stuttering if you will be my assistant you should know I hate stuttering I don't bite so there should be no reason for it" he said seriously I gulp nodding "y-yes sir" I said.
"Good, what was your last job?" He asked "u- I was a barista at Sunny's cafe sir!" I said not stutter I smiled proudly at that but mentally of course he nodding "okay you're hired" he said my eyes widen and my mouth flew open "j-just- I mean are you serious sir?" I asked he nodded "wae?" I asked then he gave me a cold stare "do you not one the job kim?" He asked I shook my head "no I do I do thank you so much!" I said getting up and bowing "be here at 9:00am sharp tomorrow if your any later I won't hesitate to fire you on the spot got it?" He said I nodded with a smile "yes sir!" I yelled walking out the room with a squeal.
Little did hongjoong know a certain bear like male smiled at that
