It's been almost five months of me working here and so far it has been and I've even developed a huge crush on jongho who's still closed off and cold.
Last week was horrible though I was up all night doing the project he assigned me for the new business partners he's going to be working with and I came at 11:30 cause I over slept and he got so angry he yelled at me and as I've said before I'm very sensitive but I didn't cry in front of him I couldn't so on my lunch break that I thought I had but didn't cause he gave me extra work I went to the bathroom and cried.
But that whole week he's been nothing but an asshole and I've cried more times than I can count!
I was currently in my new office he gave me a month ago I had to re-do the project since he didn't like it the first time and I'm going to be presenting it I know that's just horrible I'm just an assistant why do I have to present it in front of a bunch of old money hungry men?!
I check the time and see that it's 12:05 ugh I want to go out to eat! I sigh and continue I was almost done anyway if I could just finish at 12:30 at least I would be so happy.
And I in fact finished at 12:30 I smiled and got up walking to Jongho's office knocking on his door "come in" he said coldly I walked in "hello sir I've finished the project can I go out for lunch?" I asked "no I'm gonna go over it and your gonna sit there until I do" I frown "wae? I finished lemme at least get something to eat in case I have to do something over" I whined "I said no and no is final kim!" He yelled making me flinch "alesseo" I whisper.
Then the sanhwa couple came in as I was turning to leave the room "ah joongie! Sannie and I are going out for lunch you wanna-" "he's not going so you guys can leave" jongho said coldly "yah Choi jongho! why not? You've been making him miss a lot of lunch breaks!" San yelled "because I said so he's my assistant San so mind your business I don't intervene with you and seonghwa!" Jongho yelled getting up.
"I-it's okay guys I'm not that h-hungry anyway" I said "what did I say about stuttering Kim?! Gosh why can't you just listen?!" He yelled making me flinch and I felt tears almost fall but I don't let them "yah! I'm not gonna let you talk to him like that he's my best friend he hasn't fucking eaten in a week all because he's stressed about getting something wrong and preparing for this stupid meeting that has nothing to do with him! He's fucking sensitive I hear him cry every night all because of you! I swear I will go to jail for killing you if something happens to my best friend you hear me Choi!?" Seonghwa growled I gasp "h- seonghwa please I'll be fine just go out and have lunch" I said he glared at jongho who glared back before grabbing San's hand and leaving the office.
I sigh "I'll be in my office you can just call me when your ready to go over it sir" I said weakly and left quickly before he could say anything when I get in my office I close the door locking it and fall to the ground crying silently I was hungry and I just wanted a break I wanted out I do everything he asks but he's never satisfied I can't believe I fell for someone like that.
I continued to silently cry for a few more minutes before I was called I picked up my phone seeing it was jongho I sigh wiping my tears away and clearing my throat I hope I didn't stutter "annyeonghaseyo seonsaengnim?" (Hello sir) I answered blankly "I'm ready come in here now" he said and hung up I sigh getting up and looking in the mini mirror in my room seeing my red eyes I sigh wiping my eyes with water and drying my face I hope he didn't notice.
I then head to his office when I get there I take a deep breath walking in "hello" I greet "great your here, I looked over it and it looks alright you just have three more things you need to fix so go fix it the deadline is tomorrow" he said sternly I nodded walking out of the room and into my office hours later I checked the time and it was 7pm I gasp I was here that long doing only three things for this project!? I stretch and get up grabbing my blazer and put it on since I took it off cause I was hot.

I then exit the room sighing I was finally done I just hoped he liked it as I'm leaving the room I see jongho come out of his office "your still here hongjoong" "yes sir I'm just leaving I'll see you tomorrow" I said weakly and walked away as I'm leaving the building I realize I don't have a ride seonghwa usually takes me home that makes me sigh I would take a lift but it's late so I don't think they'd get here on time anyway.
Maybe I could walk home as I'm walking down the street a car honks at me I flinch looking over seeing a nice car and the windows roll down "get in" jongho says "that's okay sir I can walk I don't live to far" I said "that wasn't optional get in" he said I nodded and got in his car "you really didn't have to sir" I said he ignored me and kept driving we soon arrive to my house and I unbuckled my seat belt "thank you for the ride sir" "yeah just get here on time tomorrow" he said and I only nodded I was so tired I leave his car and walk up to my house entering.
When I open the door I'm met with an angry/worried looking San and seonghwa "joongie! Your okay!" Seonghwa said and ran to me hugging me "yeah why wouldn't I be hwa?" I asked he pulled away "it's almost 8pm why were you there so late?! I swear that jongho!" San yelled "it's okay I'm really tired I think I'm gonna go sleep I have to wake up early t-tomorrow" I said walking towards my room I didn't get far because I fainted.
I woke up the next morning feeling like poop I felt so much pain in my throat, my body was hot and I felt weak.
I remembered I had work and the project today I reach over to grab my phone with the little bit of energy I had and saw that it was in fact 12:30 I gasp jongho is gonna be so upset when I tried to leave bed I fell on the floor with a cry soon the door opened "j-joongie!" Seonghwa said with San behind him he picked me up putting me back on my bed "i-i have to g-go I have the presentation today j-jongho will be u-upset hwa" I said weakly coughing after.
"Yeah well he better suck it up your in no condition to be outside anyway" seonghwa said sighing "I'll go make you some tea and soup sannie stay with him please" seonghwa said and San nodded sitting down on my bed "it's okay hyung you'll be better in no time!" He said smiling 10 minutes later seonghwa came in with the tea and soup San helped me sit up and seonghwa gave me a small table and put the tea and soup on it.
I started eating the soup slowly halfway through both the tea and the soup my phone rang I flinched grabbing it and seeing that jongho was calling me I sigh picking it up "h-hello s-sir?" I said "don't fucking hello sir me and don't stutter! You really can't do anything fucking right!! You missed the presentation and thanks for that I don't have the fucking deal anymore cause I was too angry to even present myself! Your a fuck up kim! Your fired!!! I don't want you to come in anymore if I wanted to mess up I wouldn't need an assistant now would I!! Thanks a lot!" "B-but s-sir I-" he hung up I put my phone down with tears streaming down my face "joongie? What happened?! Who was it?" San asked and seonghwa sat down next to me "who was it bubs?" "J-jongho" I said.
"What'd that fucker say this time" seonghwa yelled "h-he f-fired me" I said sobbing "what?!" They both yelled "thats it I'm killing him!" Seonghwa said but San grabbed him "we can do that later right now we should tend to joongie he's still sick seongie" he said and seonghwa nodded "don't worry bubs for now let's get you back to being healthy yeah?" San said and I nodded sniffling.
That was intense also I tried but another part shall be made!
