Yeosang's pov
I was currently on the roof of my school about to jump off of it life just got to much for me I can't do it anymore.
I get bullied constantly for basically anything I do but mostly for my birth mark on the side of my face, but it also some how got out about my crush I had on the popular boy Lee taeyong and he was very disgusted by that.
So he outed me and now he bullies me along with other kids and I was told to kill myself dozens of times I never listened but lately everything just got too much for me so now I want to just end it all.
I was walking closer to the edge once I was I closed my eye and leaned forward hoping to fall off but I wasn't I was pulled back and landed on a hard chest I gasped and just laid there disappointed I was still here.
Then I got off of the said male and glared at him "what is your problem?! Why didn't you just let me die!" I yelled and I didn't even notice tears come down my face.
Well until the unknown male can up to me and wiped them away with the softest gaze I've ever seen...why was he looking at me like that? Why wasn't he also disgusted with me like everyone else?
"You don't deserve to die darling...I may not know what is the cause of you wanting to end your life but I do know someone as beautiful as you doesn't deserve it and even though we don't know each other I can help you get through whatever it is that your going through" he said and his vice was so soothing I wanted to hear it all day I frowned "well you can't help me" I said and stepped back with my arms crossed.
He chuckled "your very cute, what is your name?" He asked casually like he didn't just make my face turn as red a cherry "y-yeosang" I stutter he smiles "it's very nice to meet you yeosang I'm wooyoung, Jung wooyoung" he said with a gentle yet attractive smirk.
"Um y-yeah" I said and looked down "wanna hang out with my friends and I sangie? Can I call you that?" He asked and I scoff playfully "you literally just did but yeah sure" I said he squeaked then laughed and my eyes widen it was the cutest laugh I've ever heard! What the actual fuck?!
"What? Why are you looking at me like that?" He asked and I blushed since I was caught "n-no reason I-I just really like your laugh" I said shyly and when I look at him his eyes are wide "really? No one's ever said that before, thank you sangie!" He said and smiled I smiled back.
After that we went down stairs and walked to the lunchroom all eyes were on us and I was getting nervous at that so I unconsciously leaned into wooyoung who wrapped his arms around my waist "it's okay sangie I'm here" he said and I nodded feeling so safe in his arms.
When we arrived at the cafeteria which I never go to he took me to a table with 6 other boys "oh! Wooyoung where've you been!" A boy with long black hair and blond at the bottom of it said with a pout while leaning into another boy with pink hair side wooyoung chuckled and grabbed me by my waist putting me in front of him "I was with sangie" he said with a smile.
"Oh my joongie! We have another kid!" The pink hair man said with a squeal and the said male with blue hair chuckled "hey you're Kang yeosang right?" He said and my eyes widen, I nod "y-yes how d-do you know me?" I asked causing him to chuckle "we have three classes together my name is Kim hingjoong" he said smiling I gave him a "o" with my mouth I have seen him around!
He was always with a bear looking boy too "h-hello" I greet with a bow "hi" he said "how about we all introduce ourselves so sangie can feel more comfortable with us?" Wooyoung suggested everyone nodded "I mean um we all have a bit of a reputation though are you sure he should be seen with us?" A tall male with silver hair says "ah it's fine!" The other male with black/ blond hair says with a smile.
"Okay then I'll go first! I am mingi" the tall boy said I nod with a small smile "me next I'm yunho nice to meet you yeosang! I love your beauty mark!~" he says cheerfully I blush "t-thank you" no one's ever said that before.
"I'm jongho, nice to meet you" a boy with red tips said holding hongjoong's waist I giggled silently they were very cute "me next!!~ I'm San! Nice to meet you sangie!~ can I call you that?" He asked with a smile I giggled and nodded he was just like wooyoung "and I'm seonghwa you are now my new child! Welcome to our chaotic bunch cutie!" Seonghwa squealed and I smile "t-thank you all so much for welcoming me" I said shyly.
"Of course sangie you are one of us now so don't try to do what you did anymore you have us okay?" Wooyoung said softly caressing my hair I blush nodded "y-yeah thank you wooyoung and I'm sorry" I said feeling guilty he shakes his head "no need to apologize sangie" he said with a smile causing me to smile back.
"Wait what happened?" Seonghwa asked worriedly wooyoung looked at me and I nodded "well yeosang tried to kill himself that's why I brought him here with us, I'm not sure why and he can tell us anytime he's ready" wooyoung said and looked at me reassuringly when he said the last part.
"Oh my god yeosang you poor thing please don't do that anymore! We will always be here for you starting today so feel free to talk with us about anything okay sweetie?" Seonghwa said softly and motherly I nodded I wanted to cry so bad...happy tears of course.
"T-Thank you" I said and they all smiled.
"Um yeosang did you um attempt that because of taeyong?" Jongho asked my eyes widen he knew?! I looked down "um part of it was because of him yes" I said quietly "what did he do?" Wooyoung growled causing jongho to sigh and me to quietly whimper.
"Everyone knows but yeosang had a crush on him and taeyong found that out, then he outed him and ever since he's been bullying yeosang with other kids....they even told him to kill himself I beat up a kid brutually one time hearing those hurtful things he said to yeosang but I never got to formally talk to yeosang after since he always disappears after his classes and never comes to lunch" jongho said and I was shocked he did that for me.?
"Y-you did that? For me?" I asked slowly he nods "yeah I sure did nobody deserves to be treated like how you are and that's going to stop now that we're friends" he said with a smile I smiled happily "t-thank you I-I really appreciate it" I said "well next time I see that bastard taeyong I'm bashing his fucking head in" wooyoung growled and San nodded "I second that I've always wanted to beat his ass for that little stunt he pulled on joong hyung now he's bothering sangie! He will not live to see tomorrow!" San growled and seonghwa chuckled kissing his lips to calm him down it worked.
San buried his head into seonghwa's neck I smiled they were so cute together!
"Y-you guys d-don't have to do this" I said softly "yeosang you'll have to get use to this woosan when they get their minds on something it's hard to get them out if it until they've achieved it" yunho said with a chuckled my eyes widen and I nodded then I felt arms around my waist "it's okay sangie we'll get him back for you okay? I know you don't want us too but I really want to because he's a huge dickhead and he shouldn't get away with the things he does" wooyoung said softly and I nod "o-okay I-I won't stop you I-I just just don't want you guys to get into trouble" I said shyly.
They all chuckle at that confusing me "w-what?" I said "yeosang, dear we get into trouble and fights every day which is why I said we have a bit of a reputation earlier we're called ateez and the kids in this school don't dare mess with us well taeyong is a brave one since he still tries" mingi said and my eyes widen they were ateez?!
I heard of them but I never actually saw them since I was barely around school I wanted to avoid as much kids as I could...
"You know of us sweetie?" Seonghwa asked and I nodded slowly "I-I do I just never seen you guys before but I've heard stories" I said quietly "well please don't fear us we only help kids we don't brutally beat up innocent kids" hongjoong said and I nodded "I-I know I never believed those stories that they told" I said hongjoong nodded.
For the rest of the lunch and the day it went by smoothly for me I had classes with each and very one of them I just never noticed before.
