Kagami's eyes fluttered open. She was laying on Niragi's bare chest with only a white sheet covering their bodies. He was still asleep thankfully, allowing Kagami to quietly and slowly exit the bed to find her Beach approved attire.

"Morning, sweetheart." Kagami heard Niragi grumble sleepily as he rubbed his eyes and sat up in the bed to look at her.

Kagami couldn't help but smile softly as she turned to face him. He was examining every inch of her body like it was the first time he'd ever seen it and in turn she examined the way his hair fell messily over his forehead; she loved it when he wore his hair down. His gaze flicked upward to meet with hers and a grin spread across his face. Niragi was so beautiful in these moments when it was just the two of them. Throughout the eleven years they had been together, it was these moments that they shared alone that were the most precious to Kagami. She didn't care about the lavish presents or the dates. It was these moments where she could tell herself confidently that they were in love and she could ignore all of the other problems that she couldn't help but see.

"Morning handsome." Kagami smiled back at him as she placed her hands on the mattress and leaned towards Niragi. Without hesitation, Niragi placed the palm of his hand against Kagami's cheek, rubbing his thumb against it before he pulled her towards him and kissed her. The kiss was soft and gentle and caused butterflies to stir in her stomach. "I've got to get going. I'll see you tonight, yeah?" Kagami whispered against his lips.

The facade was over now and she remembered the world that existed outside of their room and more importantly the things Niragi would do once he was dressed and out of the room. Niragi gave her lips one last peck before he allowed her to move back from him and finish getting dressed as he laid back to get some more sleep. It was still very early in the morning and Kagami was sure that most people would still be asleep. Kagami exited the hotel room that had become her home and was met by the short, blonde man who stood leaning against the wall beside her 'home'. He had his hands in his pockets and gave her a small half smile as their eyes met.

"I figured you to also be an early riser." Chishiya said as Kagami quickly closed the door behind her.

Kagami hoped that Niragi hadn't caught sight of him. Since they had first met Chishiya, Niragi had always stated just how much he didn't like him. Niragi saw Chishiya as someone who was just as broken as he and Kagami were but hid it behind a condescending tone and smile. In one way, Niragi was right. Chishiya wasn't exactly a white knight. But he was an observer. Just like her. It was more than likely the reason why Chishiya had approached Kagami in the first place.

"Funny, I've never seen you up at this time." Kagami retorted, walking straight passed him. She didn't have to look back at to tell that Chishiya was following her. "What do you want Chishiya?" She said with a sigh. It was far too early in the morning to play 'Who is the better manipulator?'.

"I'm curious about you," He said simply, "and I want to know if I'm right about you." As the words reached Kagami's ears, she turned to face the blonde who seemed to stumble a little at her sudden stop.

"Right about what?" Kagami spoke in a low, serious tone that made the corners of Chishiya's lips turn ever so slightly upward. Their faces were a mere 5 inches away from each other and as Chishiya took a step back, his hands still in his pockets, Kagami closed the space between them. "You think just because you knew my plan that I'm scared of you? C'mon Chishiya, we both know you only asked for my help with this stupid little plan of yours because of my connection to the Militant Corp and I only agreed to help you because you're gonna owe me when this is over with." As she finished her sentence, Kagami flashed him her sweetest smile.

"I don't think you're scared of me in the same way you're scared of your boyfriend. But I think you're scared that I see right through you." Chishiya replied slowly, locking his eyes onto hers. "You want everyone to see you as this innocent, honest person, but you're not. You're out for yourself and your boyfriend... fiance... whatever he is... is just a tool to get what you want." He told her like he knew her better than she knew herself. Kagami couldn't help but shoot him a glare. He was cocky, even if he did try to hide it behind a calm expression.
