It was half past twelve and both Chishiya and Kagami's plans were set in motion. Kuina was in place and Kagami replaced the walkie talkie that she had as an executive with the one that Chishiya had given to her. No one would think it was odd for her to have a walkie talkie. But the tricky part of the plan was keeping it low enough so that Niragi would not hear Kuina's voice if she spoke which meant she needed some distance between them. She was currently at step one of her plan which was to join the party. She needed people to see her drinking 'alcohol' for her plan to work. Step one of the plan was that she needed to seen by multiple witnesses in a drunk or at least tipsy state so that no one would suspect her of any ulterior motives. So far she had appeared to have had several drinks and was dancing in the crowd by herself. Now she just needed to stumble into Niragi and the plan would be set.

"Alright, Kagami, you're clear to make your way to Hatter's room." Chishiya's voice rang through the walkie talkie that she kept clipped onto the top of the one piece swimsuit against her breast. She didn't bother to reply as she danced through the crowd back towards the hotel.

By now the Militant would be gathering for lunch. Kagami made her way into the hotel making sure to stumble and laugh to herself every once in awhile. The militant corp were all standing around talking generally. It was good that they hadn't decided to take their seats yet, while she had prepared for that, the fact they were standing made things much easier. Keeping her eyes straight ahead of her, she picked up the pace a little before colliding with one of the bigger members of the militant corp. As expected, Kagami was knocked to the ground her with a painful thud. Step Two was set. The large man turned around with an irritated look on his face but once he saw who it was that ran into him, his expression changed to that of panic.

"I"m terribly sorry, miss Kagami." He said in a rushed voice as he offered his hand to help her up. Kagami took his hand and was hauled to her feet but the damage was already done and she caught a glimpse of Niragi pushing his way through the crowd. Keeping with her drunk act, she leaned into the large man, grabbing both of his arms with her hands to give the impression she was unsteady on her feet.

"What's going on here? Let go of my girl now." Niragi growled causing the large militant member to move back away from Kagami with his hands raised in fear. Kagami 'fell' backwards into Niragi who wrapped one of his arms across Kagami's chest, pulling her into him before he aimed his gun at the terrified man. "I'll fucking kill you. You don't get to touch her." He snapped. Kagami kept up her act of being drunk by turning around to face him, wrapping her arms around his neck and looking up at him while giggling.

"Niragi!" Aguni's voice boomed, causing Niragi's head to snap towards him. His gun however was still aimed at the man while Aguni looked at Kagami in disgust. "Your girl is drunk. Take her to bed and get back here. That's an order." Kagami kept her eyes locked onto Niragi as he scoffed before passing his gun to Aguni and looking down at her.

"C'mon then, gorgeous." He smirked, running his tongue along his bottom lip. He loved when Kagami had to rely on him. Niragi placed both of his hands on her waist before he threw her over his shoulder and began to walk out of the room and towards the elevator.

Once the pair of them were in the elevator, Kagami pushed against his shoulders so he would put her down and was thankful that Niragi did so.

"God you're so hot." Kagami slurred, as she grabbed onto his shirt and pulled him towards her while her back was pressed against the elevator. Niragi's eyes gleamed with excitement as he leaned towards her and Kagami took that moment to pull him close enough so that he could feel her breath on his ear. "Do you want to play a game with me?" She whispered before gently biting his earlobe. Niragi moved his head back to look at her, running his tongue over his bottom lip as he often did and his eyes shifting downward to focus on her lips. Step Three was about to be set. Seducing Niragi wasn't hard at all and she actually considered this the easiest step in her plan.
