Arisu and Usagi

Once they returned to the Beach, Niragi and Kagami quickly said their goodbyes before he moved off with the other militant members and Kagami made her way to the pool deck to find Kuina. She needed to tell her everything that had happened. As she reached the deck, those who had survived the games were partying as they did every night. Catching sight of Kuina sitting down with her fake cigarette in her mouth, Kagami grinned before jogging over to her and sitting down beside her,

"Hey, how'd your game go?" Kuina asked with a smile.

"Definitely not my type of game, but most of the militant was there so it went well. Suguru and I have come to some sort of truce as well which is nice." Kagami said, her eyes scanning the deck for Chishiya as she spoke.

"What sort of truce?" Kuina asked with a frown and Kagami's dark gaze flicked back to her.

"Well, I'm allowed to have friends and can spend as much time as I want with you as long as no male friends touch me at all, I stay away from Chishiya and don't undermine him in front of Aguni." Kagami spoke with a serious tone but even that wasn't enough to stop Kuina from laughing.

"That's extreme." She giggled, "I've honestly never seen such a dysfunctional relationship before. I have no idea how you've survived each other for over a decade." Kagami nodded in agreement. Kuina wasn't exactly wrong about them. They were pretty dysfunctional and sometimes Kagami forgot that their relationship wasn't a normal one.

"Yeah well, you didn't meet me back in the real world. I pretty much hated everything as much as Suguru does." She said with a smirk, Kuina chuckled,

"So what changed?" She asked. Kagami shrugged her shoulders,

"Oh nothing, I just love that everyone here loves me more than Suguru." She grinned. Kuina couldn't help but laugh before she spoke,

"What will you do about Chishiya?" she then asked.

"Well, I'm hoping you can pass all this on and act as a go between. Suguru is apparently getting the militant to 'keep and eye on me' so we'll have to be careful because I am 100% sure if he catches us together Chishiya is a goner." Kagami said calmly, her eyes back to scanning the faces of the people around them. "What about you? Did you play with the newbies?" Kagami asked. Kuina nodded before she lightly nodded in the direction of said newbies who were sitting together on a set of chairs.

"I played with the guy, Arisu is his name. He was brilliant. He's as clever as you and Chishiya." Kuina said as the two of them watched Arisu and the woman. "Let's go talk to them." Kuina didn't wait for a response before getting up and moving towards the pair. Kagami got up and followed at a short distance watching as Kuina sat behind Arisu,

"She your girlfriend?" Kuina asked, looking between Arisu and the woman as Kagami stopped in front of the two of them with her hands on her hips. Arisu and the woman looked at each other for a moment before the woman spoke,

"No, I'm not." She answered in a flustered tone that made Kagami laugh lightly as Kuina continued,

"If you two like each other why not hook up?" She asked,

"Kuina's got a point, you guys could die horrible deaths tomorrow." Kagami continued, looking between the pair. The man, Arisu looked at her with a frown.

"Who are you?" He asked. Kagami simply smiled back,

"I'm Kagami and you're Arisu, right?" She asked and the man nodded back at her, "Nice to meet you, Arisu and who are you?" She then turned her attention to the woman who glanced over at her,

"I'm Usagi." She answered lightly. Kagami nodded slowly as she looked between them,

"Arisu and Usagi. You guys would make the cutest couple. Young love is always so sweet." She said with a smile. She could feel the tension rising as Arisu looked at her,
