Part 3: Denji

Denji stirred awake and rubbed some of his parts that got burned by you.

"Ah! POCHITA!!" Denji shot at his feet. He realized he left his only friend alone with a devil.

"His right here." He shot a look at you seeing you holding his best friend. Trying to bite you or hit you with his chainsaw.

"GIVE HIM BACK!!" Denji grabbed a metal pole from his utility pile filled with garbage. And pointed it at you. ":_:"

"I will just chill. But we are gonna talk first." Your face turned serious even though you were still in your devil form.

"Hell to the no no! Give me him first." Denji yelled at you.

"Yeah, no. You're gonna kill me if I give him to you :/." You muttered.

"Damn right you are!" You knew very well Denji was trash at negotiations. But never this trash.

'Am so goddamn forgetive. His this kind of dumbass.' You thought.

"So here is what were gonna do. I'm gonna give you him back, and in return dont try to fucking kill me." You said holding Pochita. Carefully. 

"If you do that am gonna burn you into ashes." Denji grunted.

This fucking dude you already forgotten how he was in the anime.

"Hah, idiot."

"Oh so your like a good kind of devil. Like Pochita?" Denji asked laying on his matress.

"I'm like 50 percent human and 50 percent devil so its a fifty fifty." Denji looked at you with skepticism.

"So I have another form that makes me look human ." You grinned at him.

"In the mean time. I wont be a bother to you. Promise." If this was Denji before he turned into chainsawman, all he had to do is just follow him around.

Until the public safety bureau comes and pickes him up. Then you would go all out with your monstreous plan about Makima.

"Dont think thats gon happen. I've got a dept to pay. And if your gonna go all around stealing job opportunity. I'd say no."

He said holding pochita by the handle. And started reaching for the tail cord.

"Hmm... how about this. I will help you out." You said looking out of the shack. Denji stared at you with a look of not believing you.

"I'm gon help you, helping you kill devils or whatever. Make some money for you. Like your my boss. So deal?" Denji nodded.

"Am a great fighter so... I'll help you out on killing whatever you want m'kay?"  You smirked.

"I aint gonna ask for shit. But hell I would be the one who's paying you guys!"

"You saw what I could do!"

"If your gonna be stealing some of our money. No." He said defensively.

"Oh fucking shit! Quick Pochita look a deer!!" Denji was about to run towards the deer but you intervine. Shooting yourself at the deer.

The deer could only flinch. As you readied your palm to burst out flames that engulfed it. You tackled it into the ground without effort at all.

"Ha ha! Alrighty then. Dinner goes to this guy!" Pointing a thumbs up towards yourself.

"I got my first payment yahoo!" Holding one of the deer's legs.

"Cool! Hurry up we gonna eat her! So it's gonna be official that I'm gonna be your boss!" He held out one of his hands. Smilling joyfully.

You grinned and held out your own hand.

"Then lets shake on it." You said. Denji paused for a bit before shaking your hand enthusiastically.

You hanged the deer up with some rope that was from Denji's utility trash pile-

And Denji used Pochita to butcher the corpse. He sawed all of the limbs. And also head off. Before removing the organs.

"So you gotta be careful with the guts. It what makes the meat blegh." You muttered. The smell of blood was devine to you. Heavenly even.

"Get some firewood and lit it up fire bro."

"Gotcha!" You took a few steps into the woods, before picking up some sticks.

"Hurry it up why wont cha??"

"I'm coming jeez!!"

"Was that the taste of a five star meal or what!" Denji cried out munching on the piece of meat of the deer. Pochita seating for away from the two of them, eating the organs. "First time boss?" Denji nodded, having tears in his eyes.

"Heh. Glad you liked it boss." M/n says eating the meat from the deer with his boss. Pochita over there looking at his pal, smiling that Denji has a new friend that the two of them can share.

"If we keep hunting deer like this we could sell the skin, horns and other things."

"That's a good plan making money actually..." Denji complimented your smartness. "Thank you :)"

1 hour later...

You, Denji and Pochita were at the fire huddling close to it since it was cold. "...Hey M/n."

"Ya boss?"

"Look... Your face thingy." Denji pointed out, green slime like things sliding down your face. "Yuck." You said as you wiped away the gooey slime. "Huh... See? Am human!" You say to Denji, him blushing. "Hey boss you okay?"

"...Huh? Oh! Right..." Denji says almost mesmerized by your face. "C'mon let's go inside it's almost midnight." You say getting up and taking out the fire. "Yeah. Let's go Pochita." Denji says to the sleeping figure of Pochita.

They walk inside the junk of a home denji lives in. You look up in the sky, entrance by the stars tonight. "The moon is beautiful isn't it...? Oh." You say holding your mouth with your hand, covering it. "..Jeez. I almost said I love you to denji. But he wouldn't probably even know what it means."

You say as you walk towards the hut. Having a small smile. "Took you long enough." 

"Sorry boss."

"You better be." The two boys giggle. "Alright night Denj"

"Night."
