At the Quartermaine mansion, Willow was in the den looking at a picture of herself and Michael when Lila Rae came in with a tray of food and water. "Willow, are you hungry?" "No, thanks." "Willow," Lila Rae continued, "Michael and I first married because of Wiley, and then we fell in love." "Michael loves you." "Thank you for the support," Willow replied. "We are family," Lila Rae said as Nina came in. "Willow, I heard about the crash. I'm here to help you," Nina said. "Oh, Mother, I may have lost my husband," Willow said. Nina hugged her.
At Kristina's studio, Kristina was having a meeting with her staff. "Do you want to cover the story about your brother in the plane crash?" "No, I don't want to believe my brother is dead," Kristina said as Alexis came by. "I need a minute," Kristina said, then she went to talk with Alexis. "How can I cover Michael's plane crash?" "I know you don't want to believe he's dead, but you have a job to do." "I love Michael." "He loves you too. Do what you believe is right. I'm sure Skye would want you to follow your heart." "I would hate for the media to say something bad about my brother." "Yes."
At the City Hospital, Carly, AJ, Bobbie, Lucas, Ned, and Skye were there, and in the morgue, the man showed them a body. "No! That's Michael!" AJ exclaimed. "Yes, that's our son," Carly said as she cried and leaned on AJ's shoulder. "Can we take him back to Port Charles?" "Yes, I'll get the paperwork ready." "I'm sorry," Skye said. "Carly," she continued, "Why do I keep losing my children?" Carly asked.
