At the Quartermaine crypt, AJ was there. "Mom and Dad and Grandfather and Grandmother and Emily, now you have Michael. Take care of him," AJ said as Skye came in. "AJ, I'm worried about you," Skye said. "I'll be okay. I'm not going to drink. I have two other children who need me, but I have made a decision about ELQ," AJ said. "AJ, don't make any decisions now," Skye warned. "No, I know this is right. I want to give you my share of ELQ and pass it on to my family," AJ stated. "If you're sure about this, I'll take your share, but if you want it back, you can have it," Skye said. "Alright," AJ replied.
At the gatehouse, Willow and Lucas were telling Wiley about what happened to him as a baby. "Your biological mother was sick and gave you to my husband. After we lost the baby, we were adopted, Willow's son, and I didn't know the baby was gone. No one expected Brad, and when I found out, I knew you didn't belong with us. You belong with Michael," Willow explained. "Why did you marry Dad?" Wiley asked. "To keep you safe from Nelle," Willow answered. "What was she like? Do you think she loves me?" Wiley inquired. "Yes, we think she loves you, but she was just unstable," Willow replied. "Where is she?" Wiley asked. "Nelle was in an accident and died," Willow said. "Oh," Wiley muttered. "There's more—she is my sister. I didn't know until after," Willow revealed. "So Nina is my grandmother after all," Wiley realized. "Yes," Willow confirmed. "Are you okay?" she asked. "Yes, I just need to think," Wiley responded. "Wiley, will you work at ELQ?" Willow asked. "I'm not sure yet," Wiley replied.
At Genevieve's, Genevieve came home and went by the bar. She wasn't sure if she wanted to work at ELQ when Mateo came in. "Genevieve, are you okay?" Mateo asked. "We need to talk. My mother keeps bugging me to work at ELQ," Genevieve admitted. "I've been thinking it's time you get your own career. Anyway, I'm glad you took over, but you need to put yourself first," Mateo said. "Really?" she responded. "Yes, I'll support your decision," he assured her. "Can I still stay here?" she asked. "Yes, of course. I wouldn't kick you out," Mateo said. It was hard, but he knew it was for the best.
