At General Hospital, AJ, Lila Rae, Ned, Olivia, and Brooklyn were there. "What's the news on Skye?" AJ asked Elizabeth as Mateo and Genevieve came in. "Any news?" Genevieve asked. "Skye and Ric are in surgery, and so are Nikolas, Alexis, and Spencer. I need to go into surgery with them," Elizabeth said. "Save my mother," Lila Rae said as Genevieve approached her. "Genevieve," she continued, "Mother and I fought this." "Genevieve, your mother loves you. I need to make some calls," AJ said before leaving.
Kristina, Serena, Laura, and Julian arrived. "Any news?" they asked. "Alexis, Nikolas, and Spencer are also in surgery," Ned responded. "Was this an accident?" Kristina asked. "We don't know anything," Ned replied.
At Carly's, Carly was on the phone with AJ. "Nikolas was in an accident too." "Yes, use this for kidnapping Monique," AJ said. "Yes, I will. Go to the house we talked about," AJ instructed. Carly hung up.
At General Hospital, Lucas was performing surgery on Nikolas. "Nikolas, you have to make it," Lucas said. Emma was working on Skye, but her condition wasn't good. "Skye, your children need you," Emma said.
At the chapel, Mateo was there. "If you let Skye live, I'll tell everyone that I'm Lorenzo. I'll be honest with her. I love her," Mateo said as he cried.
Xavier was at the hospital, sneaking around to find news about someone, as Emma, Elizabeth, Lucas, Christy, and Britt came by. "We have news on everyone," Emma said.
