At The Funeral Home - Bobbie came in with the paramedics who brought in Michael's body. 'I'm his grandmother and I want to make sure he's being treated with respect," Bobbie said. "Of course," they replied.
At Kristina's Studio - Kristina was on set, about to go on air. "Hello and Welcome to The View from Port Charles. We have sad news to report: my stepbrother Michael Quartermaine died today in a plane crash. He's survived by his son Wiley, his wife Willow, the Quartermaine family, and his mother Carly Spencer."
At The Quartermaine Mansion - Willow and Wiley were being comforted by Carly, AJ, Nina, and Lila Rae. "I'm sorry, I wish I knew more about Michael," Lila Rae said. "Michael loved his family," someone replied. "Yes, he did. Wiley, he loves you so much," Carly added.
AJ was upset, blaming himself, and stepped outside to think while Carly followed him. "AJ," she said, "go ahead and blame me, I blame myself! It should have been me on that jet!" AJ looked at Carly. "I should blame you, but you're blaming yourself. Michael wouldn't want that. You're building a relationship with him, and I'm glad for that."
"I enjoyed working with him at ELQ and the shopping center. We were thinking of starting a new business together," AJ said.
"Don't drink; it wouldn't bring our son back, and you have the twins to think about," Carly warned.
Elizabeth then arrived. "I'm sorry I had to go back to the hospital. I should have been there for you," she said.
"I'm going to check on Willow and Wiley," Carly announced, then went inside.
"AJ, I'm sorry about Michael. Let me help you," Elizabeth offered.
"Oh Elizabeth, I blame myself for it," AJ admitted.
"Don't, it wasn't your fault. You weren't driving the jet," Elizabeth reassured him.
