Repairing The Family Part 3, Chapter 25
At ELQ, Skye was at her desk working when Tracy came in. "Look at you, first you get back into the family by giving back ELQ and the hotel and AJ. Now you have Monica's house and ELQ all to yourself. It's kind of like you planned it all too well," Tracy said, then left. "I did finally get what is mine," Skye said to herself as Mateo entered. "Mateo, why are you here?" "I was wondering if we could go have dinner, start all over, and get to know each other," Mateo said as Skye got up. "Well, I could go for something to eat," Skye replied. "Well, let's go," Mateo said, and they left.
At the park, AJ and Elizabeth were with the twins. "AJ, I know you're upset about Michael, and Spencer does need to go to jail, but don't kill him. You know Michael wouldn't want you to," Elizabeth said. "No, he wouldn't. Michael wasn't about revenge," AJ replied. "No, he wasn't."
At Carly's, Carly was telling Bobbie about Spencer. "Spencer needs to pay." "Let the court handle it," Bobbie responded. "What if they can't find him?" "They will; he'll run out of money."
At Lila's hotel, Skye and Mateo were having dinner. "Is Genevieve taking it well that she's not working with you?" "She will find her calling; she is very resourceful and independent." "Yes, and she and Lorenzo used to fight all the time," Skye said. "Yeah, I can see that." "What was your life like before you came here?" "It was a little boring and quiet. I'm glad I came here to find my family." "I'm glad you did, too. Were you raised alone without Lorenzo and Luis?" "Yes, I was. We were all raised separately." "Oh," Skye said. "My family was a compilation." "Yes, it was. Lorenzo did tell me some of it," Mateo added. "I'm sure he did. He was the love of your life, wasn't he?" Mateo asked as Ric came by. "Skye, you wanted to talk to me?" Ric asked. "Yes, I did," Skye said. "We are having dinner," Mateo said. "Yes, can I call you tomorrow?" Skye asked. "Yes, that's fine," Ric said, feeling jealous of what was going on, then he left.
