Repairing the Family Part 3, Chapter 35
At the warehouse—Mateo was on the phone. "Genevieve, I'm glad you and the children are okay. We will rebuild, and I'll find out who did this," Mateo said. He hung up the phone and picked up a picture of Genevieve. "I almost lost my daughter. I will get revenge," Mateo said as his bodyguard entered.
"Sir, you have a visitor—Selina," said the bodyguard.
"Let her in," Mateo replied. Selina came in, and the bodyguard left. Mateo approached her.
"Did you burn my niece's house down?" Mateo yelled. "I have your attention now."
"What do you want?" she asked.
"You will ship more than diamonds. Next time, I won't make sure everyone is safe!" Selina yelled.
"I should just get rid of you!" Mateo snapped.
"If you do, I have information on you that goes to Skye!" she retorted.
"I know you're not Mateo! You're Lorenzo!" she yelled.
"Yes! I am! You almost killed my family, and I don't take that lightly!" Mateo yelled.
At the Quartermaine mansion-Skye and AJ were talking.
"I'm not going to drink, but I want my niece to be raised," AJ said.
"What about the twins?" Skye asked.
"I'll be in their lives too," AJ replied.
"AJ, I'm worried about you," Skye said as Lila Rae and Genevieve came in.
"Uncle AJ, I'm going to annul my marriage to Spencer and testify against him," Lila Rae declared.
"Thank you," AJ responded. "You're welcome. He never told me all of what he was planning, but I'll help where I can."
"Lila Rae, are you sure?" Skye asked.
"Yes, we are family, and we help each other," Lila Rae said.
"Yes, we do," Skye agreed.
Tea and Gabriella then entered.
"Genevieve, we heard about the fire. We're glad you're okay," Tea said.
"Yes, we are," Genevieve replied.
"Thanks," she added.
"Are the twins okay?" Gabriella asked.
"Yes, they're upstairs sleeping. I'm going to shop for some new toys and clothes," Genevieve replied.
"Alright," Skye said.
"Lila Rae, are you okay?" Skye asked.
"I need to get an annulment from Spencer," Lila Rae said.
"I'll file the paperwork," Skye responded.
Skye was worried not just about her brother but also about Lila Rae.
At a house—Nikolas, Alexis, and Spencer were present.
"Spencer, I know you're scared, but you need to do the right thing and turn yourself in. This will only make it worse," Nikolas said.
"Aunt Alexis, you don't have to help me. We don't want you to lose your license again," Spencer replied.
"We are family, and I'm here to help you," Alexis told him.
Spencer went upstairs.
"Alexis, Spencer can't face prison, and I don't want to lose my son," Nikolas said.
"You want to help Spencer, but you're making it harder," he added.
