At the Quartermaine mansion, Ned and Olivia were talking and getting emotional as Brooklyn came in. "What's going on?" she asked. "I just found out I have breast cancer," Olivia replied. "I'm sorry," Brooklyn said. "It's in the early stages, so I can fight it." "If anyone can, it's my wife," Olivia added. "Yes," Brooklyn agreed. "We need to tell Leo," Olivia said as Leo entered. "What's going on?" Leo asked. "Leo, I have some bad news. I have cancer, but I can fight it," Olivia explained. "Yes, you will," Leo assured her.
Genevieve was in the den when the maid came in holding flowers. "Someone dropped these off for you," the maid said. Genevieve took the flowers and read the card.
At Lila's Hotel Rooms, Mateo was in his room when there was a knock on the door. It was Gabriella. "It's time to relive our plan. You need to tell Skye you're Lorenzo," Gabriella said. "Mother," Mateo hesitated. "I know it's best to just confess," Gabriella urged.
Skye and Ric were in a car on their way to a weekend getaway. "Skye, I'm sorry about Genevieve," Ric said. "It's not your fault. Besides, it's time I put myself first," Skye replied. Ric, who was driving, learned to kiss Skye. He took his eyes off the road for a moment and accidentally hit another car.
At Lila's Hotel, Xavier was in his room when there was a knock on the door. It was Genevieve. "You got my flowers?" he asked. "Yes, they were lovely. I normally don't do this," Genevieve said as she kissed him.
