Ross' POV

As I'm walking up the step to Laura's house I think

I've always used her window to get to her house

I haven't even properly met her parents

Will they like me? What's gonna be their first impression of me? Will I be approved?

I look like a phony standing in front of my prom dates door wondering if her parents are there

But what if her parents are in a business trip

Oh gee that'll be a life saver

Besides if they are I'm wearing a tux so I look like a formal lil good blond boy

But wait, what if it's a little to formal for the meeting?

My palms are getting really sweaty, I really need to get a grip and push that door bell

I take a deep breath as I get the corsage out of my pocket. I placed my fingers on the doorbell and I pressed it

I hear footsteps getting closer and closer to the door until-

"ow" I say

"Wait! She isn't ready yet! Mom hurry! Laura's date is here!" Vanessa says

When she opened the door she slammed her hand on my eye with the desire to cover it so that I won't see Laura yet

I here someone clear their throat

"Date?" A man with a deep voice said, I am assuming this is her father

Oh shit

I hear his heavy footsteps coming towards me, while Vanessa's hand is still covering up my eyes

"You're my daughters date?" He says, I can feel is presence in front of me

"My names Ross Lynch and I'm taking your daughter out to prom!" I say as nicely as possible

This is the worst way to meet your girlfriends dad because her sisters hand is stuffed in my face

"So just a date? You guys aren't together am I right" he said sternly

Before I could speak, good ol' Vanessa jumps in (note the sarcasm)

"nope their like totally in love! So their technically boyfriend and girlfriend!" She says with her hand still on my face

I gave an inside smirk

"Oh yea Vanessa my brothers telling me to tell you that he can't wait to spend time with you in Miami Resort this weekend!" I say

"Uh-"

Before Vanessa could continue

"Brother?" Their dad asks

"Yes my brother, Riker! Him and Vanessa are love sick!" I say with a small laugh

I feel Vanessa flick a my head a bit

"Laura's ready!!!" I hear a middle aged woman say

Finally Vanessa takes her hand off of my face

My eyes widen as I start to blush so hard my face must be a tomato

This amazing, gorgeous and extra ordinary girl names Laura Marano is walking down the stairs and coming towards me

You know why?, because I'm lucky enough to have her as my prom date
