Chapter 34: Truce

Laura's POV

Monday Monday Monday....

Fucking Monday's.

I just got showering and so apparently choosing my outfit.

I put on a neck high tank with big armholes and and a black tube bra.

The tank base was brown and it said "Iron Maiden" printed on.

I grabbed some denim skinny ripped jeans and add up some converse.

I grabbed black studded earrings and applied some makeup.

I leave my hair wavy and fix it up a bit as I head down stairs for breakfast.

Vanessa was already down there eating some sausages. I went towards her as I set my bag down on an empty chair.

"Where's mom n dad?" I ask as I place some sausages on my plate.

"Some early morning exercise shit in downtown!" She replies while munching on a sausage.

"So any colleges you've signed up too?" Vanessa asked.

I gulped down some orange juice.

Well that question has to come down one way or another. I mean I am a senior.

Dang how fast time flies.

One day you're painting pictures o your then all of a sudden you're gonna have your own.

Well there's only one college eyeing since forever. I really wanna purse my acting singing career.

I mean a dream is a dream and you gotta go for it

I don't wanna be like a crummy ol' lawyer who isn't happy while wishing she/he's a doctor instead.

"NYU" I say.

She smiles and says "well you gotta prepare for your audition right?"

"What?" I ask blankly.

"Dude. You're going for Theater/Musical arts! You need to audition!" She says. "They're be a web cam facility to take your audition you just need to schedule it!" She continues.

"Whoop. Here's the pressures of a senior!" I laugh out.

"Well sis. Whatever happens I'm here for you no matter what!" Vanessa chuckles.

"You're so cheesy sometimes!" I say.

She laughs as I head out for school.

I get in my car and drive out.

"So how was your little outing with ross?" Becky asks.

"First of all it was my sisters little outing I was apparently forced to come second of all I really can't stand being so close to him." I defended.

"Huh...you weren't like that at your party" she murmured.

I scoffed as I tried to speak but she interrupted and shot "save it Marano!"

I locked up my locker and said "why don't we just head out to the cafeteria since it is lunch!"

She laughed as we walked to the cafe.

"why don't you just acquaint him. You don't need to be friends just acquaintances. Call a truce then make him jealous! It's a very play by play revenge plan for starters." Becky suddenly spat out.

"And this is my you're one of my best friends!" I exclaimed.

"God I love you!" She says. "Love you too babe!" I replied.

Ross' POV

Schools done.

Finally some me time.

I was walking to my car as I start to think.

Well I've been having a lot of thinking sessions lately.

I set myself up for a Berkley audition. I mean yeah I know in the beginning of the year I didn't care as much but now it's all coming up on me.

And for some odd reason music what I want to do. I guess someone just inspired me

I haven't really told any of my friends or if even have any real ones.

God I miss Austin...and preferably Luke.

I was nearer to my car as someone hopped in front of me.

Well I wasn't really expecting Laura out of all the people.

"Um hey Laur." I awkwardly say while looking down at my feet.

"I call it quits!" She spat out. "Done. Over. Finished!" She continued.

I already knew what she was talking about.

"So friends?" I say while holding out my hand for a shake.

She chuckled and said "well that's a little to far... May I say acquaintances.."

I smirked as I put my hand down "acquaintances it is..."

She slowly walks away and says "honey...you'll be going a long way to get back to that stage again because I still hate you!"

I smirked again and held her arm down she looked at me as I put my face closer to hers "I'm already far out from it"

She chuckles as she lets go and walks away.

I may be in love with her but I am not wrapped around her finger.

I still got games;but I'm not playing to hurt her im playing to win her.

But trust me this game I'm going to play is by far the hardest.

The chapter Isn't the best and isn't so long but yea it's kind of a filler XD
