Ross' POV

I'm driving to a local pub and it's exactly 10:30 pm.

Nothing really feels right in life right now.

Austin's gone from the group and I lost another real friend, Calum.

My family keeps complaining about the course I'll take, they won't stop pushing me for Berkley.

I mean yeah I get every girl I want, I get the best sex, the coolest friends and all those privileges.

People might be thinking "Oh he's living the life." But this life doesn't even feel right.

I park my car and lock it up.

I head down to the pub entrance.

"Surf N Turf Miami" is the name of the pub. It clearly flashes in neon colors.

I walk in as I see a familiar body frame.

My eyes widen.

It's

Laura.

Her heads facing down on the table while holding a beer. It looks like she's dozed off because she isn't moving.

My heart beats fast as I scurried towards her.

I hear the bar tender come up to me "Are you the one we called up to pick her up?" He asks in relief. "Um I- Wait what happened?" I asked. "She got to drunk and apparently dozed off. I actually feel really bad for her...it's her 4th time coming this week-"

I interrupt.

"Does she always get this drunk??" I ask sternly. "No, this is the first time she dozed off like this. Man i think she's going through a lot, a heart break or familia probs maybe!" He sadly says.

"Thanks for the info man." I say as we shook hands.

I picked Laura up bridal style as I carry her.

Her eyes open up a bit as she mutters "Ro-ss?"

I look into her eyes as a little tear went down my face. "It's o-okay. I'm here.." I stutter.

She closes her eyes again.

I was getting to the car so I could drop her home.

Until a another flashes to the seen as it parks down really fast.

A person gets down.

The person is no other than Luke Hemmings.

He runs up to me and says "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING?!" "I'm about to bring her home!" I say.

Luke shakes his head "NO. I DONT TRUST YOU IM BRINING HER!"

I didn't wanna fight right now especially Laura's in this situation.

"What ever man, here..." I stutter handing Laura.

Without another word Luke puts her in the car and drives away.

I hear the bar tender say "You broke that girls heart didn't you?" "I-I guess" I mutter. "You still love her?" He asks. "I-Um-I-it's-" he interrupts me.

"They say you only love her when you let her go. But if you really love her you fight for her. Take down all the challenges... I know you already let her go man but the fight isn't over. Trust me she's worth it." The bartender says.

I look at him and smiled. He smirked and whispered "good luck..." As he got back in the pub.

I stood there looking at stars for awhile. As my thoughts of her jumbled through.
