(A/N: Even though I posted a chapter a few days ago I'll post one now. I'll try to post another one until the end of the week but I have tests so I'm not sure I'll have time for it. This weekend I'm going to a friend's house so I won't be able to write there. I'll try to write another chapter this until Friday. )
Now, on with the story:
"You must be the new student, April is that right?" Mr Lanis said.
He was tall, with absolutely no hair and a classic geek outfit, and eyed me with a professional look that didn't meet his curious eyes.
I briefly nodded before looking around the class, avoiding everyone's curious gaze, trying to find an empty seat. Meanwhile, Red had already taken her seat in the back of the classroom, and was gesturing me to come seat next to her, since the seat beside her was vacant. I smiled and started walking to my seat, before being stopped by the strong voice of Mr Lanis.
"Miss Evans, aren't you going to present yourself?" He said more like an order than a question.
"Ah.. Sure." I awkwardly walked to the front of the class and said in a neutral tone "Hi my name is April Evans and I just moved here." I gave the class an awkward smile and started walking to my seat, again.
"Miss Evans why don't you tell us more about yourself?" - I let out a loud breath before walking, again, to the front of the class.
"Where are you from?" A preppy blonde girl asked.
"I was born in Canada but I moved away when I was about 10" I stated tryingto look friendly.
'Not lying I was technically 10 years, but I was 1 in human/werewolf years.'
"How old are you?" Some pervy looking guy asked, his eyes never leaving my body. I rolled my eyes at his hormonal attitude and answered:
"I'm 17 years old" 'More like 170 but whatever'
"Do you have any siblings?" Someone from the back asked. 'I wish I didn't'
"No I don't" I said too quickly and made the mistake of glancing at Red and she eyed me, with a look that said "i know you're lying and I will strangle you with questions as soon as you walk out of the door"
'Damm... she's good' I thought unconsciously bitting my lip
"You can seat down, Miss Evans"- Mr Lanis said dismissing me.
I smiled in relived and walked to my seat, finally sitting on the old wooden chair that right now felt like heaven.
"You know you are going to tell m-" "Yes, yes I know. Just not here, okay?" She nodded and went back to whatever Mr Lanis had started talking about.
After what felt like a year, the bell rang freeing us. I had spent all class doing exercises and I had already done the homework, so I was rather satisfied with myself.
