Recap:

'Ah how I missed you, air.' I said getting ready to finally get up.

I tried to make a fast movement to take the door of me but my arm wasn't having it and I cried in pain, the sound being muffled by a vase crashing against a wall, followed by someone or something crashing with even a louder sound. I tried again this time slower, sliding the door to my right, so that I was staring at the celling.

I saw my brother flying right above me, followed by the elegant yet dangerous form of the wolf jumping over me. My eyes widened and I shot up, making me release yet another cry of pain, this time from my other arm. I was able to ignore the throbbing pain from both my upper members and got up, using the doorless door frame for support.

I looked around the room, founding myself in a sea of destruction, with pieces of wood everywhere, dents on the wall and shreds of all kinds of objects spread around the floor. One the left side of the room, a gigantic light caramel, with a bit of orange wolf, fought with a large man, but was still smaller than the wolf when it was in two paws.

The wolf was currently pinning the large man, my brother, digging with claws into my brother's shoulder, his face red with anger and effort. Zack stuggled under the wolf's grip, but you could see the blood dripping from the side of his face and starting to soak his clothes, indicating me that he had other wounds to worry about.

I stared at the wolf, his familiar scent hinting me strongly now that it was all over the room, making me even more confused about the hole situation. Who was he? I knew I didn't knew him that well, I'm pretty sure I would have recognised the scent if I did.

Suddenly the wolf lifted his paw to fatally hit my brother, making me gasp but instantly run over to him and tackle the dog down, ignoring the pain in my body that I was currently not feeling due to the adrenaline cursing through my veins.

I didn't even thought about it, and I know that I was supposed to be mad at him, but he had made a pretty valid point and my fox felt slightly protective of my brother, as did I, even though we didn't knew him. He had saved our lives after all.

We hit the ground with a loud thud and I tried to pin down the wolf's massive paws, while avoiding to get my head bitted off and remaining on top of the wolf. I was actually going to be able to do it, but unfortunately my arm did not cooperate and the wolf easily got his paw out of my grip, and before I knew it, I had a huge gash across the area above my chest and was trown against a wall.

'Hey now you basically have an 'X' on your chest!!' The forever sarcastic voice in my head said, refering to my previous wound I got from getting my poisoned ass handed to me by the stupid Beta.

May him rest in peace... Sike..

Ah, I'm a terrible person.

Oh well.

I found myself staring at a animalistic pair of green eyes, and as soon as I attached the eyes to the human face they belonged to I let out a loud gasp and backed up so that my back was against the wall.

What's his face. That was the guy in front of me. The son of a bitch who almost got me and my friend killed, who a hate even more for knowing what I am without me telling him and making wonder how he knows. The Beta's little bitch. I guess maybe that was why he was here. I mean I wouldn't like it either if someone murdered my boyfriend. I fucking hate this guy. And I don't even know his name.

I growled and let my eyes changue colour, my emotions cristal clear as I bared my canines at him. I glaced at my brother to see him still a bit shaken up, but already getting back up, staring at me with his usual curious and mysterious eyes.
