(A/N: Wait!!! Before you shoot me and burry me in the woods, I just wannted to that I'm really sorry that I didn't updated. Yeah. .. that's it. .. *takes off running*
*comes back scared but armed with a butter knife* Oh, and I'm not sure that I already introduced the person who plays Caroline, but if I haven't, Sara Sampaio.
Sorry if this chapter isn't very good, it's just most of the chapter is Caroline and I still don't "know" her very well so its hard to stop being April amd start acting and reacting like Caroline, so I had to stop numerous times and think to myself 'What would Caroline, being Caroline, would do?'. I hope you understand. :)
Thank you very much. *runs for dear life*
*hides in cave*
*starts writing chapter 12*)
Recap:
Tired of Ian, I walked to the kitchen to rescue my little cousin, only to stop right after when I saw her figure at the kitchen's door, staring at something behind me. I, much like the rest of the room, noticed it and stopped whatever conversations they were having, turning to the place she was so intensely starting. We all turned to Ian, who after noticing the silence that seemed to have invaded the room, looked away from the wall we was starting at, meeting the slightly terrified eyes of my sweet and innocent cousin.
Before I knew it, Ian was shouting something and him and Caroline were suddenly out the door, Car behind held bridal style by Ian, who carried one word on his ice cold lips:
"Mate."
It's been 4 hours. Four freaking hours since Ian took Caroline and we still haven't found them. We found their scent but Ian seems to be running his butt off since we still only have a small trace of it, indicating that they were ahead of us by a long distance.
After the initial shock, that lasted about 5 minutes in which everyone just stared at the direction the pair had gone, with wide eyes and a frozen body, we, (me, Red, Derek, Cody, Cole and Ashton) decided to follow them and find Caroline as soon as possible.
Since I was the better tracker, I was in the front of the group, focusing on the faint scent that lingered the air. Ashton was a little offended when I said and proved to be the best tracker by still being able to track the scent after the rest of the group lost it, but he for over it. Derek was also able to track a little longer than the others, but lost the scent after a while.
*mental high five for being a cold bloody killer!*
Well, colder than most shifters anyway...
Either way, we- I- kept searching for another two hours until we started hearing the faint sound of a girl screaming. But not screaming as if screaming for help, I meant yelling, as if yelling her head off to another person.
"Car." I thought out loud, snapping my head to the direction of the sound.
I felt everybody following me as I bolted towards the woods, where the sound had came from. We ran for about 2 minutes, the yells getting louder and louder, more clear, until we got to a fairly large glade that was currently being occupied by to people.
The man, tall and strong, had his hands on his head, pacing around in an angry but anxious way, maybe even fearfull.
"Ian." I said curling my hand into a fist, digging my nails on the palm of my hand.
The second one, Caroline, stood much smaller and harmless than the Red Wolf that she was currently shouting at.
"-I don't know w-what you want Ian b-but you can bet your s-stupid werewolf ass that when my cousin finds you, she's going to kill you for hurting me!" She said with tears rushing down her face and an occasional sob.
