Recap:
I snapped back into reality and tried to listen to whatever my fox was trying to say. 'Ssa ite ol' I hear a faint voice in my head. I putted my hands in my hears and held my breath, focusing on the voice. 'Sh a ite olf' "What?" I said out loud, earning a weird out look from the girl in front of me and from Red. I ignored them and continued focusing on the fox. "Shez the hite olf!" I gasped in shock and said out loud, again. "W-what?" And them I heard her answer, loud and clear.
"She's the white wolf"
'Who? Who is?"- I asked eagerly, still shocked. The white wolf was rare, very rare. In my long supernatural existence, I have never seen or even heard of a white wolf. I remember my father telling me about the white wolf he met when he was young, and how it was he greatest and most powerful wolf that he had ever seen. How he thought that that wolf could be an a match for my father in a fight. Belive me, my father was a true killing machine on the battlefield. I had seen him trow a man 5ft into the air and crush a man's skull with one hand, so if my father thought the wolf was a match to him, then it must have been a truly powerful creature.
All of a sudden, I felt a burning sensation on my cheek. I snapped my eyes open breathing heavily from the effort of comunicating with my fox, and I found myself staring at the dark angry brown eyes of our English teacher, next to a pair or pale blue eyes filled with worry.
Red quickly pushed the teacher aside and cupped my face with her hands, shaking my head like I had a bloody demon inside me. "ARE YOU OKAY??"- she shouted earning a disapproval glare from the teacher, whose name was still unknown to me.
I shook my head slowly looking at her like she had grown another head. "What's wrong?" 'Why the hell is everybody staring at me?'
"God April you were still for 50 minutes you know? You were just staring at the wall like a freaking psychopath!" The teach glared at my friend but she completely ignored her, being more focused on my wellbeing. I couldn't avoid smiling at that thought. I never had anyone to actually care for me since me and my brother went our separate ways. Ten years can be a long time when you're all alone. Honestly, I was currently really happy about my life.
I had always enjoyed new things. Here, everything was new: the house, the school, the steets, the people. I really wanted this life. I wanted a normal life. I wanted to finish high school, go to college, find a job and maybe who knows, fall in love... I decided that as of that moment I would fight to make this small curious town into my new house. Damm I could already picture me growing old and a-
Smack!
"What the hell!! What was that for!"- I yelled cupping my red cheek. "Stop zoning out! I've tried to wake you up for 50 minutes and you zone out againg?"- She said with a tone of hurt in her voice. I was about to justify myself when some dirty blonde haired guy cut me of
"Well honey, you're a bit easy to miss." He said making a round of laughter erupt from the students around us.
Red's expression turned from hurt to humiliation and weaknesses. She didn't even resembled the bold and funny girl I had just meet a couple hours ago. In front of me was just a fragil and bullied girl, with self esteem issues and a pack who didn't care for her. In front of me wasn't Red, it was just a-
