Chapter 33

"Very lucky indeed. And I love you too, Y/N... so much" he said, leaning his forehead against mine. I smile softly at him. He smiles back as he slowly leans in, closing the gap between us as he tenderly press his lips against mine. I smile into the kiss. I gently run my hand through his hair as I kisses him back.

-Getting Discharged-

Y/N P.O.V

I'm so happy, because I can finally leave the hospital. Nii-Chan have already paid the bills. Now I just have to wait for Yoshio who said he'll be coming back with some fresh clothes for me to change to. There is no way I'm leaving this hospital wearing a hospital gown.

The door to my room opens. I turn my head to see Yoshio, who's a brown bag. One of his hand is inside his pocket as he walk closer to me. "Come on, Y/N... I'll help you walk to the bathroom. So you can clean up and change your clothes" he said. I nod my head in agreement.

"Yeah, I could use a shower... my whole body feels so sticky" I said. He let out a soft chuckle. He offer his hand to me. I place my hand on top of his, letting him pulls me up to my feet.

He slowly guides me towards the bathroom. He gently help me sit down on the closed toilet bowl. He squad down in front of me to meet my eyes. "I will be waiting outside. Call out to me when you're done, okay?" He asked.

"Okay..." I said, nodding my head. He smiles softly at me. He places a soft kiss on my forehead. He stands up and makes his way outside of the bathroom. I stand up and starts to take off my clothes. I decide that I need to take a shower.

A While Later

I dry my body after my shower. I put the clothes on and take a seat on the toilet bowl again. "Yoshio!" I call out. The door opens and Yoshio walks in. He smiles softly as he make his way closer to me.

"You look cute in that outfit..." he said. I smile shyly at his compliment. He offers a hand to me. I place my hand on top of his. He let my arm wrap around his shoulder, as he starts to guide me out the bathroom.

"Nii-Chan!" I said, once I notice Akechi-Nii in the room. He turns to look at me and smiles. He closes the magazine he was reading, and placing it on the table. He stands up and walks over to me. He gently places a hand on top of my head.

"Are you ready to go?" He asked. I grin and nod my head in response. He smiles and ruffles my hair. I swat his hand away from my hair. I pout at him for messing up my hair as I try my best to fix my hair so it won't look like a bird nest. But the expression I'm making only makes Akechi-Nii laughs even more. He ruffles my hair again, trying to irritate me. Which is working.

"Hey! Stop it!!" I said. He let out a chuckle and gestures me to follow him. Yoshio gently wraps his arm around my shoulder. We make our way outside of the hospital room. "Glad I can leave the hospital. I was SO bored in there..." I said. Yoshio chuckles softly as he gently places a loving kiss on the side of my head. I turn to look at him, smiling softly.

We reach the parking lot. Nii-Chan leads us to his car. Yoshio opens the door and steps aside, allowing me to get inside the car first. He gets in after me. Nii-Chan sits next to Inoue-Nii, who's driving the car. Yoshio wraps an arm around my shoulder. I scoot closer to him, gently placing my head on his shoulder.

"Soo... what do you want to do first, Y/N? Since you just got out of hospital?" Nii-Chan asked, turning his head to look at me. I make a thinking sound while still laying my head on Yoshio's shoulder.

"I want to have a proper meal. I'm so sick of the hospital food... I want some f/f!!" I said. He let out a chuckle and nod his head. He turns to look at Inoue-Nii, who's driving the car.

"Well... you heard what my sister said. Let's go and get her some f/f..." he said. Inoue-Nii let's out a laugh and nod his head. I clap my hand excitedly, making the three of them laugh at me.

I blush out of embarrassment and buries my face into the crook of Yoshio's neck. He just tightens his arm around me. He places a soft kiss on the side of my head. I smile softly to myself as I snuggle closer to his side.

After a while of driving, we finally reach the destination. Yoshio is the first one to get out of the car. He turns to me and offers a hand. I place my hand on top of his as I step out of the car. Then the four of us makes our way inside the cafe.

When we enter the cafe, I notice someone waving their hand at us. I turn my head to the person and realize it's Hanasaki. He's here with Noro-Chan. Along with the others from school.

"Surprise!!!" They yelled out together. I notice there is a banner above them. There's 'Congratulation On Your Recovery!!' written on it. I grin excitedly at the sight of them. I grab Yoshio's hand as we walk towards them.

"Wow... I didn't know you guys are here too! And wow, thank you for this..." I said, turning my head to look at the banner. Noro-Chan walks up to me, throwing both of her arms around me. I stumble a little, but manage to keep balance. She let out a laugh as she pulls away, grinning at me.

I take a seat on one of the two available seats. Yoshio sits down next to me. While Nii-Chan and Inoue-Nii occupy a different spot. We start to eat the food that have already been served. I'm so glad that I can finally eat these foods. I'm so sick of the hospital food as they tasted SO bland.

We laugh and talk about all the things that have came into our minds. Inoue-Nii also informs us that he'll be taking Nii-Chan's place as the leader of the Boys' Detective Club. Which makes me happy, because that means the club will continue and it won't be disbanded.

Nii-Chan gave up his spot to Inoue-Nii because he said he wants to retire and enjoy his life, without having to deal with cases. To which everyone laughs at him, saying that he's just becoming too lazy. I cover my mouth as I let out a soft giggle. I'm so glad that everything works out well in the end.
