11.the case

You wake up in Lockwoods room once again .
It's dark outside .
You notice the shower running .
" Locky?"
You question into the dark .
" Lockwood ?"
You ask into the dark again .
The shower room door opens and Lockwoods stood there in shock .
" I'm here ! It's alright I'm here "
He's now by your side looking you over to make sure nothing has happened to you .
" I'm okay , what happened now?"
" you passed out on the stairs Y/N , you scared me half to death "
You place a hand on his to reassure him that you okay .
He climbs onto the bed still wet from the shower , you notice his hairs still covered in shampoo .
" you can finish your shower now locky .
I am okay I promise "
" I don't want to leave you on your own "
You playfully push him off the bed .
" I would like you to come to bed once you are not covered in bubbles !"
You both laugh for a moment.
" are you sure you will be okay Y/N ?"
" yes Locky , i promise to shout if I'm not "
With that he makes his way back into the shower room .

You must have fallen asleep once again .
You notice Lockwoods come to bed , he looks so peaceful when he sleeps.
You move his arm to allow you to snuggle into him , wiggling your way into the boys arm .
Out of nowhere his arms come to life and pulls you into him even more , you wince in pain coming from your back .
His eyes now wide out with worry once again .
" I'm fine , my backs just a little sore "
You try to reassure him .
He closes his eyes once more and holds you tight still .
" I love you Locky , please don't leave me "
You say while you drift back off to sleep .
" never Y/N you are safe with me "

Lockwoods arms still holding you close , your legs intertwined.
You feel safe when he holds you like this .
" good morning my love "
He says in his crisp morning voice .
" i need food Locky , you are going to have let go of me"
You say wiggling around trying to escape his hold .
" fine but wait for me to come down as well then "
He say's releasing you from his grip .
You slowly sit up , pain still radiating from your back .
You then spring to life , going to the wardrobe and picking out a simple outfit .
Leggings , Lockwoods top and jumper .
" you know I do need my clothes for myself "
He says with a smirk on his face .
You feel his arms wrapping around you from behind ,
A smile makes its way onto your face .
" I know but this is comfy and it feels like you are always hugging me then "
" well I could just always be hugging you and have my own clothes "
He smirks .

You make your way to the kitchen , you take your usual seat at the kitchen table .
You hear the phone ringing and Lockwood answering the phone .
After 10 or so minutes he comes into the kitchen .
" we have a case tonight . Quick and easy . Y/N you are coming with us on this one "
You sit in shock .
" locky I haven't been on a case since that night . I don't know if I'm ready I don't think I ever will be "
With that Georgie comes into the kitchen .
" I haven't seen you work a case before Y/N "
Lucy now joins in the conversation.
" what can you do Y/N ?"
She ask
" sight ... touch ... and I'm a listener.
But I don't think I'm ready "
" you will be fine my love . You will be with us .
Georgie we need you to do some research "
Lockwood places a cup of tea in front of you .
He sits down with a smile on his face .
" I would prefer to stay here locky "
" I'm not leaving you on your own again Y/N and that's final "
With that you you stand up and walk out the door and slam the kitchen door .
You storm up to the attack and lock the door .
You hear footsteps coming up the stairs and someone trying the door .
" Y/N it's Lucy please open the door "
You unlock the door and open it .
Lucy joins you sat on the bed .

" I don't want to go Lucy , I'm scared "
" it will be fine Lockwood won't let anything happen to you "
" I know but what if he can't get to me "
" he won't leave your side , it will be okay "
You lay back on the bed and think about all that could go wrong .
" okay I'll go "
