Olivia POV

"All ready to go" my dad asked picking up the duffel bag filled with weapons. Me and Liam nodded our heads, it was me, Liam, Theo, dad and Mr Lopez going, mom and Mrs Lopez were staying back. As for Andrea she is at the station with the FBI and Ava she hasn't come back not since she left. 

I remember Sira's words Try harder do everything you can. I just have to try harder. "Okay, so Mrs Miller and honey both of you stay here and lock the door, and be safe." said Mr Lopez. 

"Don't worry about us, we can handle it, don't we Sophia." Mrs Lopez said glancing at my mom. My mom picked up a shotgun and nodded her head. "Correct Isabelle"she said smirking,

 "Okay, well I think the ladies will be alright, we should leave James" Mr Lopez said and all of us nodded our head and prepared to leave.

 Theo came running down the stairs, "Mom, Dad, Ava is not here yet, it's midnight" 

"I am sure Theo she might just need some time and space to think and we are giving her that." her dad said. 

"But dad, I just feel something is wrong like she might be in danger." Danger the word echoed in my head, she might be in danger. 

"William what if Theo is right" Mrs Lopez questioned her husband furrowing her brows. "Honey she is fine, she is safe, she is just feeling lonely and I am hoping both of you aren't forgetting what's today, it's midnight December 14 her birthday and the day her parents were killed. She is in pain, and she wants to be alone and we should respect that." he said softly trying to calm his son and wife's overthinking. 

She is handling the pain, this past month she has been a lot in pain, me betraying her, Emma dying, feeling betrayed by her family, her real parents death anniversary. 

"We should get going" said Liam and we left to find the rouges in the woods.

Isabelle (Ava Mom Pov)

"I am sorry for the circumstances we met in and how we umm–" 

"Tried killing my daughter" I completed for her and she nodded her head.

 "It's okay, I understand your point, I mean the Vampires you encountered were the rouge ones who kill humans for their satisfaction, and I am guessing your close family member's too that's why you are a hunter." I said assuming I am right which I was when she nodded. 

"My parents, they killed them, that's when I thought Vampires are the dangerous creature who kill people and we should kill them before they hurt other's, that's what I taught my kids too growing up. But we were wrong after meeting your family, I believe now that some Vamps are not like other after meeting your family." she said sipping the glass of red wine. 

"I am sorry for your parents" I said feeling a bit guilty not knowing why. She shrugged off "it's okay, it wasn't your fault" 

"But it was a vampire"I said 

 "Still, so tell me something how did you and William meet." she asked getting comfortable on the sofa. I laughed remembering the first time I saw him. 

"Well, let's state a fact I was a human and he was a Vampire" 

"Nooo wayyy"she gasped.

 "Yess wayy, and he liked me the moment he saw me but I din't, he followed me until he asked me out one day when I confronted him and we hit it off, but then he told me that he is a Vampire and  I got scared of him and ran off, then one night I heard screams from my parent's bedroom going there I saw Vampire sucking their bloods and that's when William got in and killed them at that moment. I was numb din't speak or eat but he still stayed with me explained me he does't kill people he just kills people who harms his close ones or other's. It took time but I realized I loved him a lot to leave him, so I confessed we got married I asked him to turn me then went ahead with out life and adopted Theo and the Ava. Done and I don't regret anything in my life and wouldn't change anything going in the past if I had a chance. You know right Ava will come around she is just in pain and anger." I told her smiling widely and looked at her. 

"So I am curious, how old are you" I gasped hearing her say that. 

"Haven't you heard, not asking a woman's her age. Manner Sophia."

 "Heyy come one, any clue." she whined.

 "Well let's just say Theo is a century old and me I have witnessed things before the black plague." I said not looking at her. 

"Damm woman, you don't look bad" 

"I hope that was a compliment" 

"Of course it was, you know I can see us being best friends in future after this rouge situation and if Ava forgives Olivia." I smiled, a friend. 

"Ava will forgive her it might just take some time but she will understand, so how did you and James meet" 

"Huh nothing exciting as yours childhood best friends to lover's, our parents were hunters and family friends so yeaa." I hummed looking ahead at the wall noticing the time, "It been 2 hours they should have been here by now right" I asked getting a bit worried. 

"They will be here–" she got interrupted by main door opening "Guess I spoke too soon."

 "Belle, please get my blood and a blood bag with a first aid, hurry." I stopped mid tracks, his blood, someone's hurt and badly. I ran, Sophia following behind me to see Olivia entering with Ava's body in her arms her eye's were bloodshot red and Ava's body was a limp she wasn't moving. 

I froze she is not dead, she is okay, "Belle honey get the bloods and first aid, hurry." he said urgently and letting Olivia enter in the living room to lay her down but I din't move not until Sophia shook me making me come to my sense. 

I ran upstairs grabbing the stuff and handed it to Will, so that he can save our daughter.

"Isabelle, she will be okay, she will be fine, don't stress" Sophia whispered side hugging me. I hope she does.
