I had found Y/n's head resting at the crook of my neck when I woke up. Her arm had wrapped over my waist and her leg had been tangled in between mine. A smile came to my face once I remembered all the events from last night. She remained sound asleep breathing into my collarbone, her hair lightly tickling my jaw. My back laid flat on the bed and my arm had somehow found it's way to Y/n's back, it perfectly fit in my lose grip. I wish to stay here forever, but I couldn't help but wonder if she would take it all back when she wakes up.
After enjoying her soft breathing and the simple fact that we were here together, I attempted to get up. My first try failed when she subconsciously tightened her grip on my waist. The second time, I felt as she dug her face deeper into the crook of my neck. Once I was able to get up without waking her up I smiled looking down at her. She now held on to the bedsheets and her lips formed a slight pout, as if she was aware of my missing presence.
The smile didn't leave my face even after I stepped out of my short shower. Everything felt right for the first time in a long time. The girl whom I once despised so horribly is now the girl whom I have fallen for and find peace within. I changed into yesterday's clothes and fixed myself up before stepping back out. To my surprise she remained asleep. With quiet steps I approached closer to her and found her softly smiling in her sleep. She looked so innocent and beautiful.
"Y/n" I whispered and received no response. "Y/n/n" My hand lightly tapped her shoulder.
The sleeping girl groaned being unbothered. I admired the way her hair had become messy causing her to look younger. Her body was small and for once she looked vulnerable without her guard up. I then shook her until she woke up with a loud inhale. Her eyes opened filled with alarm until she saw me and relaxed herself.
"We need to get ready for breakfast"
She sat up and fixed her hair still being stuck in her sleepy state. Y/n looked huggable in the morning sun light as she rubbed her eyes.
"Good morning" she smiled "Give me five minutes"
I nodded feeling relieved she didn't take it all back just yet. "I'll be back, I need to get something from my room"
She went ahead into the bathroom and I stepped out letting myself smile as widely as I could. I went into my hotel room finding it empty. My pills were where I left them and I immediately took one and changed into more comfortable shoes. After doing so, I was on my way back and bumped into Jennie.
"Hey you" I said in the most awkward manner possible.
"Hey" she greeted with the same amount of distance "We should leave the other day behind, it was dumb I shouldn't have gone that far"
My eyes couldn't maintain contact with her's "It's was also bad on my part. I'm really sorry"
"No, It's okay"
We fell into deafening silence never once looking at each other. I was about to speak when Y/n was heard coming down the hallway. Jennie looked up between us two and then smiled at the girl before walking away.
"Everything okay?" She asked leading me into the elevator.
I nodded a few times, "Yeah"
"You know," she softly spoke "You can talk to me about anything, I'll always listen"
The elevator began to make its way to the first floor right after she had said that. I smiled looking down at my feet being unable to do anything else but nod my head again. Once we arrived, I looked up to meet her warm smile welcoming a beautiful feeling within me.
"I'm also always happy to listen to you" I commented as we walked towards the restaurant. For some reason, I had the urge to take her hand and show the girls our relationship but I still remained unsure and stopped myself.
