I approached the door to the staff room, my heart pounding with anticipation. With a burst of strength, I pushed the door open and stepped inside, taking a deep breath of pride. The room was silent, but I felt a sense of excitement as I surveyed my surroundings.

The walls were painted a calming blue, and the room was filled with comfortable chairs and tables. I could see a coffee machine in the corner, and a few potted plants were scattered around the room. It was a peaceful and inviting space, and I couldn't wait to be a part of it.

Suddenly, the door slammed shut with a loud boom, causing me to flinch. I turned to see a beautiful girl with wide eyes staring at me. She looked irritated as she pointed out that I wasn't allowed in the staff room.

But I quickly explained that I was a new employee, and she looked surprised. "Oh really? We don't get a lot of those," she said, introducing herself as Aria. I took in her brown hair and deep green eyes, and noticed the chains on her belt and the bracelets and necklaces she wore with the company uniform.

As we shook hands, Aria smiled at me warmly. "Well, I'm gonna go change into the uniform," I told her.

"Of course! My break is over anyway, so I've gotta get back to work. Talk to you later, Y/N!" she said, her voice filled with excitement about meeting someone new.

I watched her walk away, feeling grateful for the warm welcome. I knew that I was going to enjoy working in this peaceful and inviting space, surrounded by friendly and welcoming coworkers. It was for sure something new.

As Aria had left, I was left alone in the staff room, my mind racing with questions. It was then that it finally dawned on me. How had he known my name? Had I absentmindedly mentioned it? Or had he asked me? I shook the thoughts from my head, trying to push away the nagging feeling of doubt that had crept into my mind.

The room was silent, save for the sound of my own breathing. The walls seemed to close in on me, suffocating me with their silence. I tried to focus on the calming blue of the walls, but my mind kept wandering back to the question of how he had known my name.

I took a deep breath, trying to calm my racing thoughts. I must have told him my name, I reasoned with myself. There was no way that Henry could have gone over there so fast. But the nagging feeling of doubt still lingered, like a shadow that refused to be dispelled.

In that moment, I realized that sometimes, the truth can be elusive. It can hide in the shadows, just out of reach, leaving us with nothing but doubt and uncertainty.

With that thought in mind, I took another deep breath and stepped in to the staff bathroom.

As I entered the bathroom, I closed the door behind me and let out a deep breath. Gazing into the mirror, I marveled at how little my appearance betrayed the fact that I had just awoken. With a sigh, I reached for my uniform, eager to begin my day's work. As I changed, I took care to straighten my attire, ensuring that every detail was in place. And as I tucked my hair of H/C colour behind my ears, I felt a sense of purpose wash over me, ready to take on whatever the day may bring.

As I stood before the mirror lost in thought, time seemed to lose all meaning. But eventually, I gathered the courage to unlock the door and face the day. As I stepped out, my hands fidgeted nervously. Suddenly, a deep and confident voice shattered the silence. I looked up to see a man with fiery crimson hair and piercing black eyes, standing tall at 5'10. My heart raced as I introduced myself, stuttering slightly in my nervousness. "Sup, sweetheart. I'm Aiden, new employee I presume?" he said, his confidence unwavering.
