♥|~ DAWN'S DELIGHTFUL GIGGLES~|♥
As I woke from my slumber, I found myself disoriented and confused. A cold sweat had formed on my brow, and my heart raced with fear. And then, I heard it. The sound of someone knocking on my window, their fist pounding against the glass with a ferocity that sent shivers down my spine.
I yawned, still groggy from my sleep, and peered through the darkness to see a face staring back at me. It was a familiar face, one that I had known for years, but in that moment it seemed twisted and malevolent, like a devil staring back at me through the glass.
"Let me in!" the voice demanded, and I recoiled in fear, my body tensing up as I clutched my blanket tightly.
"Fuck! Ah! Shit!" I screamed, my words echoing through the room as I struggled to regain my composure.
But the voice would not be denied. It spoke again, its tone insistent and unyielding.
"Fine, I'll let myself in," it said, and I felt a sense of dread wash over me as I watched Lo shuffle away from the window.
Moments later, the door opened, and I sighed loudly, my body going limp as I sank back onto the bed. It was always like this with Lo, always an adventure, always a surprise. But in that moment, all I wanted was peace and quiet, a chance to collect my thoughts and regain my composure before facing the world once again.
As you wiped the drool off your face and stumbled out of your room, you were greeted by the unexpected presence of your friends. Joe, a laid-back and easygoing companion, and Lo, who was busy rummaging through your fridge. You were surprised by their sudden appearance, but also grateful for their company. As they poured their drinks of choice, you couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement for the day ahead. However, the sudden slam of a McDonald's bag on the table caught you off guard, causing you to trip and fall. Despite the minor mishap, you couldn't help but feel grateful for the small moments of joy that your friends brought to your life. As you stood up and dusted off your clothes, you couldn't help but wonder what time it was. Lo and Joe exchanged a glance, almost as if they were hesitant to tell you.
...
As you stared at your friends in disbelief, Lo's voice trailed off as they revealed the time of their unexpected visit: 6 AM sharp. You were shocked beyond words, struggling to comprehend the suddenness of it all. However, Lo's apology seemed to ease the tension, even if it wasn't entirely sincere. Joe, on the other hand, was less forgiving, urging you to eat your breakfast and move on. As you took a bite of your McDonald's meal, you couldn't help but feel a sense of disgust. Nevertheless, you were grateful for the small moments of joy that your friends brought to your life, even if they came at unexpected times. As you looked over at Lo, who was happily dipping their onion rings into an Oreo milkshake, you couldn't help but shake your head in disbelief.
As you were enjoying your meal, Lo suddenly started having an episode, choking on their food. Panic set in as their face turned red, and you knew you had to act fast. Without hesitation, you hit their back violently, causing them to run over to a trashcan and throw up the food. After a few moments of intense coughing and gagging, Lo slowly made their way back to the table, looking like they'd been through a warzone. Their eyes were half-lidded, and their face was pale and drawn. For a moment, the silence was deafening, as everyone tried to process what had just happened. However, Lo's sudden burst of laughter shattered the tension, as they laughed like a seagull, dolphin, and teakettle all in one. The sound was infectious, and soon everyone was laughing uncontrollably, tears streaming down their faces.
As the laughter slowly died down, you looked at the time and realized that all good things must come to an end. "Welp, looks like I've gotta get going to work," you said, sighing as you put on your jacket and shoes. Joe immediately piped up, "I wanna come with!" and Lo quickly followed suit, "Me too!" You all piled into the car, with Joe snatching the keys away from Lo, much to their disappointment.
