"So what do you have planned today?" Josie asks Hope as they walk down the familiar corridor.
Her classroom sits at the end of it and she walks slowly so she can still talk to the auburnette.
Hope seemed like she was juggling her thoughts, "I'm hanging with Landon later."
Josie's smile dropped and she cursed herself for asking. She couldn't have known but she figured he would try to reschedule since Hope canceled on him.
'He's not one to give up quickly.' She thinks and rolls her eyes at the thought.
"I told him I wasn't busy until later since you are hanging with Lizzie and your aunt so he's taking me somewhere but didn't say where." Hope shrugged.
"Soo it's a date?" Josie couldn't help but ask even though she knew it was.
"Uhm yeah? Maybe?" She sighs rubbing the side of her temple,"I'm not sure how I feel about him yet."
Josie pressed her lips together before saying."Just take your time. Don't rush into anything." Wanting to give herself some more time, deep down she's really hoping the ship sinks before it gets the chance to sail.
She knows Landon is her friend but damn, his timing couldn't be worse.
"I try not rush into anything jobear. I like to take my time and sort out my feelings." Her footsteps slow as she bites her bottom lip.
Josie's eyes side glance the action, being mesmerized but also paying attention to the woman's body language.
"Before I act on them, I want to be sure about them, and for that person to be sure about their feelings for me if they reciprocate them."
Josie's not sure why she felt like this was a hint or some advice but she takes it that way. This is yet another time Hope had opened that door that she keeps locked, letting Josie get a glimpse inside before it's covered in the blink of an eye.
'We must be growing closer.'
"That's good to know." She says softly, she steps closer letting their arms brush against each other each time they take a step."I'm sure anyone in their right mind would drop to their knees for Hope Mikaelson." She says teasingly.
That earns a smile from Hope and a tinge of mischief is creeping behind those blue eyes."I won't argue with you there doctor. I'm not hard to please and people dropping to their knees for me is the easiest way." She says raising her eyebrows up teasingly.
It's a joke.. at least Josie thinks so but it didn't stop a scarlet red blush from touching her cheeks.
Hope giggles poking Josie's cheek because of how red it had gotten."You look like a strawberry jo."
Josie attempts to laugh but she sounded awful so she stopped."Your jokes are very convincing. I thought you were serious."
Hope's eyebrows pinch together as her smile grows into anything but an innocent looking smirk."I wasn't joking Jobear." She chuckles.
Josie's blush returned ten fold, she's starting to think Hope isn't as innocent as she lets on.
This isn't the first time she's said something dirty about receiving head.
Unfortunately before she can comment, the bell rings signaling the start of classes shortly.
Hope's innocent smile returns as they come to a stop in front of the brunette's class."I'll see you later Dr.Saltzman."
She gave Josie a quick hug because the younger girl seemed frozen before walking the opposite way down the hall.
Josie watched her too, the auburnette's hair swings as the heel of her boots hit the wood polished floorboards, until she's out of sight.
