(45 minutes later)

"It's pretty simple, just shift to balance your strength." She says taking a few steps to the side to watch.

Josie tried to do what she said but the bag goes the same distance,which isn't far,"This is not working." She groans in frustration, she brings her hands to her temples because this is annoying.

Hope sighs, she feels the brunettes frustration and it's getting worse, so she brings her fingers to her mouth as she tried to come up with something.'Alright.'

"Okay let's try it differently." She says dropping her hands to return back to her old position which is right behind the brunette.

"What do you mean?" Josie asks, she's currently glaring at the punching bag.

"I mean,"Hope says, her voice getting low as she slowly placed her hands on Josie's waist. The brunette stiffened, she didn't expect the contact."you need a little help," she pulled Josie flush against her, she gasps in response and her hands fall from her temples before she relaxed in her arms."so let me help you."

Josie released a controlled breath when Hope's hands moved down and stopped on her hips,"Is it okay for me to touch you here?"The auburnette whispers.

Josie can feel the woman's breath on her shoulder and it shouldn't give her goosebumps but it does. She could blame it on the air hitting her sweat covered body but it would be a lie.

She nods at the auburnettes question."Oh no," Hope puts her forehead on the brunettes back,"I need you to use your words."

'This woman is going to kill me.' Her face is cheery red because it all sounds so dirty.

"Yes." She says before sighing when Hope's fingers twitched upward."It's okay for you to touch me there."She whispered back, she's not sure why.

Hope grinned before removing her head,"Perfect. Now turn your body this way,"She pulled the girl by her hips and positioned her a step to the left."so you can put some weight into your jab or swing."

"O-okay." Josie responds. She keeps her attention on the bag and focuses on Hope's words not actions.

Hope glanced down and tapped the brunettes feet,"You're going to have spread your legs apart."

"W-what Hope!??" Josie asks, looking over her shoulder. 'Did I hear her correctly????'

Hope's eyebrows meet before she chuckled softly,"You can't fight when your feet are so close together. It's easy to get knocked off balance when you're standing like one of those garden gnomes."

Josie chuckled nervously,"Oh duh." She says as she fixes her stance,"Hey you didn't have to call me a garden gnome that's mean." She pouts.

Hope only chuckles some more because Josie is so adorable,"Aww shush I'm not mean." She moved her hands around Josie's abdomen and pulled her back into her body,"I could never be mean to someone who's so cute." She mumbles into the brunettes back.

"Sure." Josie snorts another attempt to ignore how great Hope's hands feel on her."Now what?"

"Hmm?" Hope asks.

Josie giggles,"Are you actually trying to teach me or are you using this as an excuse to hold me?" She asks because it doesn't seem like the girl will be letting her go any time soon.

"I've been caught." Hope says through a deep sigh,"But I am actually trying to teach you, you're just very distracting."

"What?" Josie asks in disbelief,"I'm not doing anything hope."she laughs.
