Sodo - Spring Morning

Do I have a couple requests I should be working on... yes... am I in the mood to write fluff that literally no one probably wants... also yes. Deal with it 🔫

You entered the kitchen just as the sun was rising. It looked to be a sunny day with big white fluffy clouds painting the sky. You quickly made some coffee then checked the temperature. Winter had finally broken away and no matter what some stupid groundhog saw or didn't see, it was spring. Sunshine's and Mountain's horses were shedding and the Sodo was even throwing covers off the bed last night. You slowly opened the french doors that lead outside with your coffee and was greeted by a warm breeze that smelled of hay and spring. You settled yourself on the steps as you watched the horses graze on in the pasture. The ministry was slowing waking up. Mountain's chickens started coming out of there house and scratching in the pen for their food. The birds chirped loudly, telling the rest of the animals it was time to get up. You turned your head as you heard a scuffle in the kitchen and seconds later, a sleepy Sodomizer walked out, rubbing his eyes with his tail dragging on the ground.

"You woke up without me." He mumbled as he sat down beside you, resting the cheek of his silver mask on your shoulder.

"I thought you may have wanted to sleep in." You chuckled.

"Mm, too hot to sleep in." He mumbled as he wrapped his arms around your waist, hid tail coming up to wrap around your thigh with the spaded tip tapping against your arm.

"If your so tired, tell your tail to stop wagging." You smiled.

"I'm happy." He mumbled into your neck before taking a deep breath, inhaling your scent and the fresh air.

"I'm gonna get hay fever. I don't understand why we have to have these stupid horses." He huffed.

"Hush. You can take an allergy pill. I for one, love the horses." You smiled as you watched them continue to graze. Sodo only rolled his eyes, still snuggled up against your body.

"Mountain's soon gonna come out here and see you all soft and cuddly." You said as you draped your arm around his shoulder.

"He can go fuck himself then." Sodo shrugged. 

"Now be nice!" You said, playfully hitting his shoulder.

"Sorry." He mumbled. You smiled before taking a sip of your coffee.

"Can I have some?" He raised his head, looking at your cup.

"You know what coffee does to you." You shook your head.

"Pleaseeeee!" He begged.

"No." You giggled.

"Your so mean to me." He crossed his arms with a pout.

"This is for your own good, you idiot." You laughed. You both turned to see Mountain, bright-eyed and cheerful walking out.

"Morning." You and Sodo both said. Mountain returned it and hurried off to tend to the animals.

"Should I tell him I put S'mores and Everestt, his rabbits, together?" Sodo asked.

"Sodo, you didn't-"

"SODOMIZER! YOU ASSHOLE!" Was the last thing heard before Sodo bolted inside.
