Rain - Soothing

This probably should have the 18+ emoji, but it's not necessarily smut. Rain pretty much uses his tongue/water ghoul spit to soothe burns inside reader's mouth because they were stupid and decided to chomp down and take a big ass bite of a microwave burrito. Not actually... but that's what happened today to me :D

Rain could feel the discomfort radiating from you since lunch. He frowned at you from across the dinner table as you tried to be into your food, but ended up leaving over half your plate left.

You were most definitely hungry and the burns near the back of your mouth right above your teeth on your gums was not the most charming. Every single thing made it hurt more, and you wanted to eat more of supper, but you were in too much pain to do so. You looked up from the TV in your and Rain's shared room as he walked in, his eyes instantly resting on you. He was holding your plate and you sighed.

"What's this about?" He asked, setting the plate on the nightstand.

"I burnt my mouth earlier and it hurt so bad to eat anything." You shrugged.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Rain asked, sitting down beside you.

"Well, there's nothing you can really do." You shrugged, looking back to the TV.

"No there is. You need to just tell me." He sighed.

"Like what?" You scoff.

"Well, Sodo used to do that all the time, and we found out water ghoul saliva can soothe mouth burns, including hydrate someone with only a few drops." You stared at him before laughing then becoming serious again.

"Really?" You asked, sitting up.

"Yea. Here." He said, scooting closer to you.

"Open." He said as you laid back. You opened your mouth and he let out a sigh.

"Ouch. How did you do that?" He asked as you closed your mouth.

"Didn't let my drink cool." You sighed with an eye roll.

"Oh Y/n, what am I going to do with you." He chuckled.

"Give me some of your magical spit. This is killing me." You said, grabbing his collar.

"Okay okay!" He laughed, pressing his lips to yours. You gave his tongue entrance and his long and wet tongue moved to the back of your mouth, licking over the burns. You melted completely, the burning sensation leaving. He started pulling away but you stopped him.

"No." You mumbled against his lips, making him giggle. His tongue slipped back into your mouth, making you smile softly. He pulled back and held your mouth open, spitting into your mouth. You mixed his spit with yours, keeping it back against the burns.

"Feeling better?" He asked. You nodded with a smile. You swallowed and was relieved to feel there was hardly a sting.

"I should burn my mouth more often." You chuckled.

"Who says you have to do that?" Rain smiled, leaning down and pressing his lips back to yours.

"Mmm you got a point." You nodded as he moved so he was between your legs as he leaned back down and kissed you again, his hand cupping your cheek as your legs went around his waist.
