What Happens when the Capitol decide they don't like the power that the victors hold over the city and the districts.
So they decide to place the victors in an arena together.

It took another two days to get to the Capitol. The entire time Cassie locked herself in the bedroom of the train.
Too exhausted to talk to anyone or do anything. When they got to the Capitol Cassie refused to even look out of the window. When they got to the station she choose to go straight inside to the prep room.
She waited for her new stylist. His name was Charming.
When he walked in he studied her. "Okay princess we're gonna keep to the original theme of fairytale. It's much better than that independent armour girl you did in the victory interview."
Cassie was taken aback her old stylist had laboured over the design and makings of it for over a week.
"So I had a few different designs in mind." Charming said.
In the end they settled on a ragged fur dress with a wand. The whole concept was a Cinderella story.
The ugly rags to riches. Charming says it apparently represents the lives of all victors.
I tried the fur dress on it was rather comfortable but extremely unappealing to the eye.

Next Charming gave her a magical fairy wand.

He explained to make the dress activate I had to press the very small button on the bottom of the wand and glitter would erupt out of the top and when the glitter touched the fur it would turn into a beautiful dress.
He didn't explain what it looked like but Charming just assured it would be amazing.
When everyone had gotten changed everyone began making sure the carriages were set up.
Finnick came running over to her. "Hey Cas" then he looked down and saw what she was wearing. He held in a laugh.
"Don't even think about it Odair" Cassie threatened. She then looked at his outfit and his face began to heat up.
"Hey!" He said "If I can't laugh at yours you can't laugh at mine"
Cassie held her hands up in defeat. Then she noticed his eyes wondering to Katniss Everdeen. She and her fiancé Peeta won last years Hunger Games and they decided to pull a crazy stunt with Nightshade berries.
Finnick eyed her up and down. "What lover boy are you going to go and try to seduce an engaged woman." I joked.
Finnick looked at me "I'm not going to seduce her I just want to talk to her."
Cassie rolled her eyes sarcastically "Whatever you say, Fin" and walked back to her chariot and got ready to go.
Everyone began getting into their chariots and they got ready to go for the parade.
Each district took it in turns. When it eventually came to district 10s turn Alto and Cassie stood on separate sides.
When they got onto the road Cassie smiled and waved and blew kisses only the people didn't cheer that loudly.
Cassie smirked knowing they were waiting for her costume change. She lifted the wand up and pressed the button the glitter shot out of the wand and began to sprinkle on her.
The crowd gasped as her formerly ugly dress changed into a magnificent dress. The crowd burst into applause. Cassie's outfits never ceased to amaze people.

When they arrived at the end Cassie noticed President Snow addressing everyone but as he spoke his gaze remained on Katniss. When he had finished he looked at Cassie and nodded with respect which Cassie returned as is expected.
