Misunderstanding (JAKEHOON)

Just Seojun being annoying (oh and Jakehoon has a little moment)

"Jakey oppa!"

Jake glanced behind him. Seojun came running up to him and hugged his arm. Jakes face wrinkled in disgust.

"How was your day so far oppa?" Seojun gushed. Jake shoved her off.

"Why are you even here?" Jake demanded.

"I want to check-in on how my oppa was doing!" Seojun didn't looked fazed by the shove and started clinging to his arm once again.

Jake wanted to scream in frustration. He was forced to come to school today when he would rather stay home and now this?! Jakes anger issues took hold of him and he clenched his jaw.

Jake yanked his arm from Seonjun's hold sending her stumbling back a little from the force.

"Listen here," Jake growled. "I am not your "oppa" and i never will be. I don't like you even remotely so stop trying." A crowd was beginning to gather but Jake didn't care. He was too mad to even think straight. "You should know better than to randomly cling to a guys arm. That just proves how shitty you can be. You think I'll suddenly start flirting with you?! Think again. Im in a horrible mood today and this is only a smidge of my anger. Try to f*cking seduce me again and it will be much worse," he turned to leave but paused and glanced back at Seojun who was cowering against the wall. "Don't try to flirt with a guy without knowing their sexuality. Because, for the record, im gay," the crowd around them gasped. Some girls began to sob. Seojuns eyes widened even more.

"Don't come near me again," Jake said coldly. He turned and stormed away, the crown parting to get out of his path. The gap filled in again and everyone began whispering about Jakes outburst. Especially about his sexuality.

Sunghoon POV

Sunghoon was putting some books away when he heard a familiar voice...yelling? He notice a crowd gathered and he muscled his way through. His eyes widened at what he saw.

Seojun was against the wall her eyes wide with shock. Sunghoon rolled his eyes. Her. Of course. But what caught his attention was Jake. The older's jaw was clenched. He looked pissed like he wanted to punch a wall.

"You think I'll suddenly start flirting with you?!" Jake seethed. "Think again. Im in a horrible mood today and this is only a smidge of my anger. Try to f*cking seduce me again and it will be much worse," Jake turned on his heel like he was about to leave but then paused. He looked over his shoulder at Seojun."Don't try to flirt with a guy without knowing their sexuality. Because, for the record, im gay. Dont come near me again," Sunghoon eyes widened. Jake was what?

Jake stormed off, his anger radiating off his tense muscles. The crowd began to whisper. Sunghoon was frozen in shock. Then his body acted before his mind and he followed Jake.

The rooftop
(Jakes POV)

Jake leaned against the railing and tried to take deep breaths. They usually helped when his anger got the best of him but they didn't seem to be working now. He gripped the railing.

"Stupid-ass anger issues," he muttered still mad. "Stupid girl, stupid feelings, stupid situation."

"Thats a lot of stupid things," a voice said.

Jake jumped and turned. Sunghoon was leaning against the closest wall with a raised eyebrow. Jakes brow furrowed and he faced the railing again.

"What the f*ck are you doing here?" He grumped.

"I saw your little outburst," Sunghoon said not really answering Jakes question.

Jake scoffed. "Lemme guess. You think im a problem with no solution, just a guy with uncontrollable anger, an accident waiting to happen," his voice hardened bitterly.

"No i don't," Sunghoons voice was surprisingly calming. "Anyone would shove and yell at someone who randomly grabbed their arm. And i know its a bad week for you so don't feel bad."

"I dont feel bad about what i did," Jake sighed. "I just wish..." he trailed off. He didn't know how to describe what he was feeling and he doubted Sunghoon would understand anyway.

"You wish you had someone who understood your pain? Someone who understood all those inner feelings? Someone who...also lost someone?" Sunghoon guessed softly.

Jake turned to look at him in surprise.
"I-how-"

Sunghoon gave Jake a bitter smile. "Trust me, i get it. Now c'mon the others are waiting for us," Sunghoon beckoned to Jake then made his way to the staircase.

Jake frowned as he tried to wrap his head around everything. Has Sunghoon ever lost someone? Why the hell was he being nice too? Jake shook his head. He would think about all that later. He took one more deep breath then left the rooftop.
